Would never go here for anything ever again, went in for air suspension work on my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee. Covered under third party warranty (DOWC). As well as battery issues. DOWC requested they only replace the broken down component (air compressor). Reedman said they will not replace air compressor without replacing valve block (two components of the same system). Reedman asked if I would be willing to cover the valve block to the tune of $1500 something dollars. After the back and forth, for two weeks, that they put me in the middle of with DOWC trying to get them to cover. Reedman ultimately refused to do one without the other. I somewhat understand where they are coming from but at the end of the day, not your car, not your call. In the end over the phone the final agreement was that I would have the battery work done if the other diagnostic fees were waived. The service advisor over the phone told me that I would be responsible for $645+ tax. However when I went to pick up my car I was told that was not the case and I would still be responsible for the diagnostic fee of the battery repair, so $645+$250+tax. We have previously purchased 5 vehicles from Reedman Toll not including this current jeep. And now I am remembering why we stopped. They are very misleading, the last car we purchased was a CPO 18 grand Cherokee, my husband was told he was not allowed to test drive the vehicle as well they kept him there 12 hours doing the paperwork, and somehow for a CPO car we left with only one key. To sum up, I am disgusted with the deception and run around that I was put through, only to be left with a car that still needs suspension repairs.
