    On September 11, 2024 i signed an agreement with this company to provide the materials and labor for my deck and new gutter and gutter guards. I provided over ****** for all materials upfront within 3 days of signing. This was for 100% of the materials. Total job ******. Rest was labor. Original start date was to be 9/28. A reciept showing he purchased said materials was to be provided 48hrs later and never was. Work was to be completed within 6 weeks of signing and to have started within 2 weeks. Contractor did start the deck work several days past deadline and past 9/28 however did not complete the deck, nor did he provide the majority of the decking nor did he provide nor do any of the gutter work. Each week hed show up maybe 1 day if that and then make empty promises. He kept promising to show up and complete the work and never did. He stole my money and left me with a huge and unsafe mess. The work he did do was not to industry standards and unsafe. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job, and I had to purchase the materials for the job. I sent Jax Linc contractor the calculations on Nov 16th, as well as requested refund. He has ignored all requests. I can provide all documents supporting work deadlines, payments, delays, materials etc... He stole my money and has not returned it. He owes me *****. I tried to upload support however it's 15MB so could not load. Please reach out and I'll provide
