I purchased an Extended Service Contract when I purchased my new ATV in 2021. In Fen 2022, I sold the ATV and sent all the necessary paperwork to Nash at MIller's to cancel my contract. He said I should receive the refund in about 4 weeks. I waited about 6 weeks and began calling Nash in the beginning of April. He said he wasn't sure what was going on with my policy and if it was cancelled. He said he would call me back that day. He never called me back. I have since left several messages and he has never returned any of them. I contacted Kawasaki directly to file a complaint. They show the contract never cancelled, The only person that can cancel is Miller's. Im owed approximately $900 and Miller's Motorsports is not refunding the money I'm owed. They do not want to cancel because they earned a percentage of the policy and dont want to have to refund that. Their lack of response appears to demonstrate they are not reputable and have no intention of refunding my money. Im hoping to not only get my refund but ensure others know not to purchase the extended coverages from Miller's Motorsports. Thank You.
