Good morning, ***************  This consumer has never returned our calls or responded to our letters. She hasn't requested anything from us, ever.  We have her sign-up form, signed by her, the signed contract, ledger, driver's license and a copy of her social security card.  I didn't want to upload documents containing personal information.  We'll mail a copy of the documentation to her today.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

This company responded to my previous complaint and they have never once contacted me. I disputed on ********** and asked for the original contract which I never received. They put the debt on my credit report without contacting me which is against FCRA guidelines. They started reporting my debt in the $300 then $500 then $700 then $1300 and this week it increased to $1400. This does not make any sense to me. Please investigate and I'll be waiting for them to send me a copy of my original contract.

I need this debt to be removed from my credit report.

    Regards,

    ******* *****

The consumer's claims are incorrect.  The balance has never been $300.00 or even $500.00 and we have never reported those amounts.  We report to the credit bureau once per month.  The balance does have interest and fees so it will increase with interest every month until paid. We mailed our first notice to her on 8/20/20 and the second notice on 9/24/20.  A third notice was mailed on 5/12/21.  We even received her new address from the post office when they forwarded her mail.  As stated, we mailed out the signed contract, copies of her ID and all other documents to her on 7/6/23.  The account will remain on her credit report as it should.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
They've added over $600 since the past months which is ridiculous.

They have never contacted me and I do not owe them this amount of money. If this matter is not investigated or resolved . I will retain a lawyer. I would like for them to remove this account from my credit report. It is inaccurate and ridiculous.

I have copies of previous credit reports with lower amounts.

This matter has been investigated and resolved on our end.  The consumer’s screen shots show the balance increasing with interest and would be correct as we have already stated.  What the screen shots don’t show, are the $300.00 and $500.00 balances as she claimed.  Those balances never existed.  The first credit reporting date was 11/20/20.  The consumer refers to “past months” which is actually 32 months of interest accruing on an account that no payments have been made on.  I am retaining copies of all of her claims.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
I have credit reports from early this year that shows  the balance in the $700's. How did it increase by $600.

    I will retain a lawyer

    Thank you
