    I ve bought from this company probly since it open 10 years or so never had issue until last 6 months .I VE GOT PRODUCTS LATLY WITH NO HARDWARE OR NOT THE CORRECT HARDWARE . THE REAL ISSUE IS I BOUGHT A FUEL TANK AND IT ARRIVED BENT 2 INCH AND THE SEEM SPLIT. I DID AS THEY SAID CONTACTED SEPERATE COMPANY FOR INSURANCE BUT THEY SAID NOT THEIR PROBLEM . I WENT BACK TO ** PONY TOOK FOREVERY FINALLY SAID THEY REPLACE OR REFUND I AGREED TO REPLACE . TIME WENT BY THEY FINALLY COME BACK SAID QUILITY SAID PART REFUND CAUSE I CAN USE THE ****** AFTER I SENT A RESPONCE BACK YOUR ASKING ME TO MOUNT A DAMAGED FUEL TANK CAUSE A GUY 500 MILES AWAY DEEMS IT GOOD ? I SAID OK IF IT LEAKS AND CAUSE PROBLEM ITS YOUR LIABILITY . I VE WORKED ON FUEL SYSTEMS MY WHOLE LIFE NEVER WOULD I DIRECT SOMEONE TO MOUNT A SEEM SPLIT TANK WITHOUT PRESSURE CHECK AND DEEM IT GOOD NOT A CRAZY GUESS FROM 500 MILES AWAY. THIS USE TO BE A GOOD MOM AND POP COMPANY THAT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOW ITS PUSH PRODUCTS AND YOUR STUCK IF ITS DAMAGED . I VE NEVER RETURN ANYTHING THIS IS THOUSANDS I SPENT WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS.

    I wouldnt give any stars if this site allowed it . This company shouldnt exist. Or only sale what they stock. And if you dont have it say so . I had my wife place an order for me. We spent over $1000 . Part of the order showed up, one piece of it is coming from another vendor (no tracking number provided). The other was on back order. I will never order anything or recommend anyone ever use them.

    I been on the phone with customer service for a week and nothing has gotten done i have a couple of parts that went bad and cant get a replacement i even purchased 3 year extended warranty along with the 3 year factory warranty they keep putting the blame on on fitech as well as fitech keep putting the blame on cj pony parts the product i purchased is continuous problem it says plug and play i called the support line and come to find out i dont even need a part they told me i did and thats the force fuel system and bad injectors continue to fail for cheap parts

    To say customer service is horrible would actually be a compliment. **************** is non existent. Ive been working on a very small very simple issue since September. Now I get no response at all.

    I ordered seat back covers for my 67, the outsides look perfect but the insides are nothing like my originals. My original crome will not fit on the seatbacks. Talk to someone on the desk, had customer service email me. Well this email with custome service *** wont answer my question. I want to return to return one that's not used, I can't get an answer or conformation to return it. This coupany is full of ****, if your from ****** never buy anything from CJ Pony Parts. they dont stand behind what they sell. Call The Mustang Shop in ******* they answer there phone and if you have a problem they resolve your issue.

    Horrible customer service. Poor quality **********************. The brake caliper didn't fit. Instead of them replacing the parts they paid me to have it milled so the calipers wouldn't rub the rotors. The new brake booster and master cylinder didn't work. I fought for 28 days before a tech would send me a new brake booster. The pre bent brake lines didn't fit and had to modify them to work. Now when I call I'm told the manger is busy and an urgent email was sent for a manager to call me back. They have never called me back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

    Ordered a intake manifold for a 283 ****** 08/02/2024. When I looked online theor site said it had shipped January 2nd this year. So I called, they told me it had a 3 week wait period as they Ordered the part from edlebrock, then told me a lie about it said that in the check out cart, I was not looking for a 3 week wait time on tye checkout cart, I ordered the part because I needed it when I ordered it, not wait 3 weeks then it ships out, if I had known I would habe gone straight to edlebrock which is what I am doing now after filing this complaint the company *** was being a wise$$$ n kept trying to justify them taking my money ,I finally used curse words to tell her to refund my mo ey as she doesn't listen. Bullying me doesn't work. Just get my money back, so I called back got another sweet ********** said they have to call edlebrock to get me my money back. What a crock of horse malarkey never ever again

    their mistake you pay for return shipping Rated 1 out of 5 stars you pay for shipping back their mistake.I ordered 2 door window crank handles. They sent me 1 right and 1 wrong. I asked for a return shipping label. never received. they wanted for me to pay to send it back. i told them that was their mistake. still never received. i told them, i would post bad reviews so they told me they would send. 30 days never received one. i restore cars and have spent so much money to be treated like this. if i were you i would not buy from them because if they send you the wrong part you will have to pay to have it sent back for their mistake. all of this for a $11.00 handle Desired outcome: correct handle and a apology

    I have purchased quite a few items from you folks and all was good but what is with this website it just seems to go in a loop keeps verifying if I'm human it's horrible I guess I'll have to look for another vendor
