    Came twice on the same issue with new GE fridge after last call two days latter again same problem ( ice maker not working ) I was told to call another repair company for A second Opinion really it’s an ice maker not a heart patient either u r trained to fix the problem or ur incompetent I called GE they r looking into problem even they laughed don’t use this company they r bad I gave 1 star cause I couldn’t go lower Honestly a second opinion on a fridge ice maker

    Our service technician responded to complaint on two separate dates with consumer and completed repair thru GE . As a courtesy to consumer The GE company was contacted to set up a third appointment With the understanding, the consumer would need a second opinion through an alternate company. It is unfortunate that a service company as ours, who reaches out to the consumer to put their best interest first is considered rude. It is my sincere hope you can resolve this issue as in many years of business we try to keep it honest.

    I never said any one was rude. Those r ur words. Second opinion company came today and ordered new ice maker really very simple . Too bad this simple solution wasn’t done sooner . Courtesy or just not capable
