5 starsI was skeptical when I first bid, but then I won a cooler. Drove to NJ to pick it up and all my worries were gone. The staff loaded the cooler into the van without me ever having to get out or do anything. Then I got a 4 burner stove top and a coffee machine. I got the items for pennies on the dollar. I've been extremely happy with the service, ease of bidding, and everything. So much so that I've introduced a few co-workers to the auction site as well.Review fromDan S.

1 starVery dissatisfied - the description of the product was different then what I had bid on. I bid on a water oven that clearly stated it came with the lid. When I picked up the item it did not have a lid. When I pointed this out I was told that all pictures trump any descriptions. I felt as though the item was listed with a lid because it clearly increases its value and I would not have bid as much if I knew there was no lid. The description clearly stated in bold print with lid. The girl behind the desk told me I had to read the small print and it included a waiver that states they are not responsible for misdescriptions - which to me was more a false advertisement than a misdescription. I asked to talk to the manager and was informed she was out today(Friday) and that she would be back on Monday but is always in meetings so she didn’t know when she’d get around to calling me. I asked for her number and was told she only used her personal phone so I could not call her I’d just have to wait til she decides when to call me. I had asked if the bid could be reduced by the cost of the lid which I would have to order ($25.00) to which she laughed and said that is not going to happen.

I also informed the girl that I would be traveling cross country on Monday and would be in California which is why I asked for the managers number knowing I probably would not be able to contact her until I returned. They called and left the same number and when I returned the called I only would get an answering machine addressed to ther same girl behind the counter - I left a message and they never returned the call.Review fromThor K

5 starsSecond time buying from them - both times have been great! Easy in and out when picking up the items. Sometimes have to wait a couple of minutes when they are really busy but that is normal and expected. Have been pleased with the descriptions and pictures of the items.
