I have been dealing with Kingdom Inc company for over 15 years. This is my first dispute with this company. I am appalled that with such seniority that I have with the company, they would treat me like this. I purchased a camera and its bag from Kingdom, March 7th, 2022 for $2,834.77. It took 2 weeks for the camera to physically come to my doorstep. I called Kingdom March 31st, 2022 to request for a extension on the warranty. Kingdom said that they can't do that, I would have to be the one to contact the company of the camera, *********, in order to get the extended warranty. I called *********. ********* said that Kingdom is an unauthorized dealer and they would be unable to give me an extended warranty on the camera they then told me to purchase the camera with an authorized dealer in order to get an extended warranty. I called Kingdom back and told them what ********* said so then Kingdom requested for the items back. I sent back the camera and its bag through *** on April 18th, 2022. I called back Kingdom requesting for a full refund because theyre unauthorized dealer with ********* company. I went back and forth with Kingdom. Finally, April 29th, 2022 they sent an email stating that they were going to give me my refund but not the full amount. I called them back again requesting for the full amount of $2834.77, they verbally told me that Steve the manager approved for the full refund of $2834.77 April 29th 2022, but now its been 3 months that I have been going back and forth with Kingdom in order for me to get my full refund when they've already promised my full refund cashed back to my bank account. I then on May 19th 2022 wrote a registered letter requesting for my full refund of $2843.77. Thank you.
