    Oeler electric added a light and electric box cover to an existing electrical outlet at my pool 7/20/2023. On Sunday 10/1/2023 the box was accidentally bumped and the lid from the cover broke completely off. I called and left a message for Oeler of the problem. He called me the following day and scolded me for reaching out to him on a Sunday. He was arrogant and rude and refused to offer assistance as he stated it was not his fault it broke off. He didn't even offer to come out and TRY to repair or remedy the situation. I paid over $700 for his services and after only 2 months it broke? i am appalled at his attitude and his service. DO NOT use this guy, he is obviously not a good company to do business with.

    In July 2023, Oeler Electric, LLC, did electrical work on the outside of ***************************** house. On Sunday, October 1, 2023, we received a hostile voicemail message from ************************* stating that the plastic in-use cover, which we installed, fell off due to her son cutting tall grass and struck the plastic cover. She accused Oeler Electric, LLC of using silicone to hold the cover on. Mr. ********************** spoke to ******* on Monday, October 2nd, and told her to send photos of the cover. Upon looking at the photos, he could see that there were 4 screws holding the cover on and all 4 screws broke off with the cover. This is clearly a case where the customer damaged the cover and then accused Oeler Electric, LLC so it can be fixed. She demanded in her voicemail that we come and fix it. We would be glad to fix the problem, if in fact, it was our fault. It was not.
