On November 28, I placed an online order - when I attempted to pick it up, the store was closed because it was Thanksgiving but all the lights were on. My credit card was charged on 11/29/24 (the next day). I called the store several times and was told they could not refund my credit card. They were rude. I completed an online complaint/refund request - it was closed in 72 hours so i refiled, that was closed. I called the main customer number they told me my credit card would be credited. It has not been. I wrote the CEO a letter - he never responded. I would like my refund or my money returned. I have no desire to drive there and go into their store. Reference number on

Hi My name is ******** ****** and I am writing in regards to a letter received at **************************************************************************** about ****** ******. I apologize for not responding in a timely as I didn't receive the letter until 1/25/2025 when I went to that location. I am not there daily and they didn't let me know the letter was there. I did mail $20.32 cash on 1/27/2025 to the address you had listed on the letter though. I unfortunately do not have access to refund money to a credit card only in store. In this case I mailed cash though so he didn't have to go out of his way to get it. Again, I apologize for not responding back as well.

    Thank you,
