If I could give this business a zero rating I would. First, off I have been a loyal customer for about six years and have never not paid. Second my recent bill did not get to my house until 3 days after the due date. Immediately I started to receive phone calls about my delinquent account of 37 dollars and some odd change. I tried returning the calls and when I finally did get a hold of Denise who is in billing and apparently the owner was the most uncompassionate, interrupting, ignorant business owner I have ever encountered. Several times I tried to explain to her that the bill did not come to my house until it was 3 days past the due date. I sent it out within a week of receiving it and as I tried to explain myself she kept cutting me off not letting me explain that the 37 dollars that I owed her that was 16 days past due, because the mail is backed up, was in fact in the mail and I had no intentions on not paying, she just absolutely refused to let me explain so yes I started to yell yo get her to be quiet long enough to explain myself. She just refused to hear it!!!! I hope 37 dollars was worth losing a customer of almost six years!!!!! Unbelievable ignorance, should not be a business owner!

Some days I wish you could rate customers. I have read your rules and wish you could leave the inappropriate and vulgar comments that were made to me. We applied 4 extensions to her account after she missed her payment. We called her to remind her about the payment because we hadn’t received it. The first 2 calls we could not leave a message, the second 2 calls we were able to leave her a message. Since she doesn’t like to leave messages (her words) we do not know if she returned our calls or not. Her service is a “prepaid service” and the payment was due on October 5 and was not received. They are setup for mailed bills, we also can provide emailed bills. This is a monthly service, the bills are mailed out 25 days before the service is due to start with a net 15. I did not interrupt either of them once, nor did I yell at them, or swear at them even though I was screamed at and called all kinds of names. All of our calls are recorded and I would be happy to furnish the original call recordings if you would like. Following is the transcript of the calls between Angela and me and then her husband and me. Angela called because we called her about her bill - said she did not get it and do I know the mail has been way laid – did not get it until after the due date and she sent it out last Sat and it is not even 30 days late yet so ... we keep calling every day. I told her we don’t call every day. She says she has records that she has had phone calls every day. I told her we called on the 12th, 14th, 17th and 21st - payment was due on Oct 5 and it is 16 days late at this point. she said right it is not that late usually you have 30 days told her no you don’t. she said what I explained to you is the mail is late and she has never not paid, it should be there soon I sent it out last Saturday. okay told her we would get it turned back on. she said you turned it off. told her it would have gone off. she said she owns a business too and I am going to tell you right now - you know the way the world is right now. told her the computer system doesn’t care how the world is. interrupted me says she gets that. told her you haven’t returned our calls. now she is screaming - actually she says she has, didn’t leave a message because she doesn’t like leaving messages over the phone, says she has been trying to call us, but what she is saying is harassing somebody like that for a bill that is 16 days late she has people that owe her money for 3 - 4 months and she isn’t contacting them. told her we don’t let it go that long. she said that is fine but it is unrealistic because the mail is behind, mail is lagging, says she didn’t get the bill until 3-4 days after the due date, you understand, she doesn’t like being constantly harassed. talking over me again all I am saying to you is she has had the service for 4 or 5 years, sometimes you have to relax a little bit. told her she hasn’t paid a bill since August 31. interrupted me again - said that is not true. told her it is true the last payment was August 31 arguing that they paid their bill in September - telling me to stop yelling at her while she is screaming at me that it is extremely unprofessional - yelling at me that I am yelling at her which I am not. Told her I wasn’t yelling at her she was yelling at me - now she is talking over me. says she paid September. told her again - no you haven’t - wants to know why the last bill was for 37.95 and due on October 5, accusing me of making swear word up. told her I am not making any swear word up your last payment was August 31 and the check number. says that is not true. told her that is true. says she will look for another service - we are going to lose her as a customer. told her that is fine, we like paying customers, you haven’t paid since August 31. says that is not true, yelling over me. told her to get her checkbook now and tell me the check number. she says she is getting the checkbook right now. says she paid on the 14th the bill was for 37.95 you tell me how the last time will no longer listen just keeps yelling over me - says I won’t let her get a god swear word word in. tried again to tell her the last check was August 31 yelling at me I need to let her explain herself. told her no because you are yelling - called me a swear word 6 times. told her I am canceling her service that it was just fine she told her husband I am cancelling her service - called me a swear word and hung up on me. Blair M********** called in says I just spoke to his wife. told him yes I was just yelled at by your wife. he said listen he doesn’t understand what is going on that there is a billing discrepancy with our company. told him the last payment we received was August 31. said the bill we gave him does not indicate that, said the bill we just gave him was for 37.95 told him right and that was due here on Oct 5. he says he spoke to either me or someone else here or instructed them to go ahead and mail the check he was willing to take care of it by phone but he was reassured if they just put a check in the mail that everything would be fine. told him we had an extension on the account but it expired. he said the 1st discrepancy is the amount we are asking for is incorrect, he has the bill in front of him he can give me the account number and invoice number. I told him I have the account number and the invoice number and that 37.95 was due here October 5. says he pays every month. told him the last payment we got was August 31. he said he wants to disconnect the service with our company but before he does that he wants to talk to my employer or owns the company or the manager who ever he can speak to that is my manager. told him there was no-one above me. asked if I own the company. told him yes. he says he has paid for 6 years, he pays all the bills in the house, everything is out on time’ told him we didn’t get paid and he interrupted me. he says he paid for September the bill came late, he can’t help that the bill came late as soon as it came he called our office and made an appointment to send a check with us if you forget this conversation or you have another employee that is telling me what I can or cannot due that interferes with what you wanted us to do that is different, I own a company and I just want to say something to you as the owner if you truly are the owner of the business this is a poor way to run it, I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and I will never do any business with you again and I will also post everything I can and review your company on every platform there is this is going to do more damage to you than it is worth. told him it is an automatic system, we called 4 times and left reminders about the bill. interrupts me again says that is ** too, called me a liar. told him I am not a liar. told me I am a big fat Fswear word liar, a big fat Fswear word cow, a stupid swear word , I think I Fswear word your mom last night in the face, while your father watched, I am not sure. told him aren’t you a fine upstanding citizen. he said he is going to have a lot of fun with me on social media and he hung up.
