    To whom it may concern,

On may 8 2015, Bucks- Mont Environmental only replaced a pump, floats, and electrical connection and pumped the septic tanks at the customers house. That is however not a full rebuild to the septic system. On 4-28-22 Bucks-Mont installed risers on the septic tank and fixed an electrical short inside the pump tank at the customers house. On 8-8-2022 Bucks-Mont pulled and removed the pump, performed an inspection on the pump and installed a new pump over 7 years later from the first time that it was done.
We never rebuilt the septic system, as a brand-new septic system costs around 30,000-40,000 dollars for a full replacement. Depending on family size, water usage, and household water usage a septic pump can last an unknown amount of time due to different factors. 7-9 years is the usual lifespan of a septic pump due to different factors within the household and weather. All jobs done at the customers house Bucks-Mont gave a proper estimate and no job was done twice that wasn't necessary at the customer house.

    Thank you,

On 3/24/2022 this company came to clean out my pipes to the cess pool. A worker, convinced me to have the pipes replaced instead of cleaning the blockage, and they did so. Price $6895.The machine they used , put huge gouges in my lawn, I was promised the yard would be fixed. One worker, removed the top of my well thinking it was the cess pool, was scared by snakes and dropped the cement lid which broke into pieces. The machine must have nicked the outside spigot, it is now dripping. A worker left a heavy piece of old pipe in the basement. A worker brought huge amounts of mud into my home, and down the carpeted cellar stairs. The bobcat worker did not have a cap to put on outside cleaning pipe. I addressed this with *****. After a number of days, and being promised everything would be fixed the next day, a worker put a cap on the pipe and replaced a lid on the well , however, they left without fixing the spigot or fixing the yard. Even though I have been promised they will return to fix everything else, and after repeated contact, as of today, 4/13/2022nothing else has been done. I was promised a senior discount and reimbursement for carpet to be cleaned, as well. I need help with this company
