I ordered take out of prime rib and a burger for my wife and I. We live 40 minutes away and did not open until we got home. What she got was not prime rib, it was some kind of thin chewy steak. We emailed the restaurant asking them to fix the error. They said they sent a gift card. A week went by nothing came. I asked again and the manager said he’d send another. I waited weeks again and said I’ve still not received anything. I emailed back with no response and told them I’d come in and pick it up if it was a problem. I still have received no response and no refund. I have pictures of emails as proof as well.

Thank you for your letter in regard to a customer complaint from *** ******** *******.  I spoke with *** on the phone as I was unaware of the situation.  I am unsure why a gift card had not been sent out to him, but I have handled this personally.   He will be picking up a gift card for $50.00 for the guest complaint and his inconvenience.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have cc'd the guest on this email thread so they may verify this information.  ******** will be able to pick up the gift card at the restaurant whenever it is convenient for him.  Our restaurant address is 105 Springfield Commons Blvd, Mercer, PA 16137.

Again, thank you for bringing this matter with the Better Business Bureau to our attention and I can assure you this will not happen again.  We value you, our guests and work towards resolving issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
