I don't want this to look like I'm trying to tarnish this business, I only want to let people know of my experience. I filled out an online quote form, waited 1-1/2 months and didn't hear anything back so I emailed, waited a few weeks and again didn't hear back from anyone. the next time was by phone and was told someone would be in touch with me, still after a couple weeks, nothing. the 4th time and what was going to be my last attempt, she put me through. finally now I have a project start date. After moving and stowing all my things and demoing existing building to be ready for build date we were finally ready. Build day came and went, the day after came and went so I called and the owner told me my job was pushed back two weeks. We were frustrated. I told him a phone call would have been nice and let him know all my tools/things were outside in totes and under tarps, that did not seem to matter. So two weeks go by the site prep guy shows up, the next day the pole barn was built and all seems to be coming along. Third day I got home to find a load of stone was dumped directly on our blacktop driveway. There were a few places that would have been better to put the stone if someone would have just asked. Now my driveway is scratched all up and a mess to clean. So again, no communication. A week goes by and I have no idea when they are finishing concrete, doors and gutters so I finally get a hold of the owner after a few attempts and ask what is going on? He replies "my concrete guy should be in here later today, let me see when he can get you on the schedule". So we were not even on the schedule, good thing I reached out or who knows how long it could take. Here we are now after being told this would be a 3-4 day job it's now been 5 plus weeks and the concrete will not start for over a week yet. I am a reasonable guy and understand things happen but this is ridiculous. The lack of communication is just awful. So we are still waiting on this build and have no idea what to expect next.
