I took my dog ******** to this clinic on 1/20 at 10:20 am. When I called for the appt, I said I wanted bloodwork done to find the cause of my dogs problem. When we got to the appt The women in the office were polite and kind. When the doctor finally came into the room where me and ******** were, He was very dismissive of my concerns for my lil fur baby. He wasnt gentle with her. I repeated that I wanted bloodwork and he said she didnt need it that she had skin allergies. He gave me a very expensive shot,($146.00) which turned her poop black. He also wiped her ears with BABY WIPE and charged me 20 dollars for that. The tests I asked for were not done and I was grossly overcharged because my dog is NO BETTER at all. She obviously had something wrong that he was not willing to address. I asked if her food did this to her. He said no, OK so treat ONLY symptoms and ignore the underlying cause. Maybe he did this because a friend of mine paid with a debit card. He gave them the numbers. Well my bill was 323$ and my dog is still SICK> this is NOT right. My dog matters to me. Bloodwork would have been 150. then I would have known what is wrong with my dog. The shot that was supposed to control her itching for a month at the least stopped helping her only a few days after we saw this man. I hate to be resentful but I am. He took advantage and I know it. That bill was ridiculous. I also called them on 1/21 and left a nasty FB post on their page. I received a VM on 1/22 in the am. they basically blamed me for feeding my dog something that made her poop turn black when She eats NOTHING but rachel ray dog food. Nothing different but what they did to her. I still have a sick dog but he got paid. I have to pay that insane amt of money to my friend for NOTHING. this isn't right and he needs to rectify this. My dog deserved better than how he was with her and with me. This man should have done the tests and im angry. The bureau of professional compliancy knows how mad I am too.
