            I was in care at the dentistry and they provided services that were supposed to be cover under a previous warranty. They however, billed my insurance and then billed me for a co-pay of $285.83. They never explain that all warrantees were no longer on effect now that they took over. They preformed a service in June of 2021 as if it was covered under the warranty and are now billing me in April 2022 of the following year. This is 10 months later.

            Received the pre-certification on the price is charged I paid my bill minus my deduction six months later I received an additional bill for antibiotics which I knew nothing about that was told to me my insurance paid for now I get a bill for hundreds and hundreds of dollars for antibiotics. Ive called them they dropped it from **** to almost 400 but these are our charges I am not responsible for. When I call its hard for me to get in contact.
