  I'm trying to figure out how all these people with bad credit from not being able to pay their bills can threaten you about talking to their lawyer..? JS! If you sign that your to pay every week, guess what, you gotta pay every week. Not every other week. Not 2 straight weeks then skip a week. I mean come on people

  Thank you for leaving a review. And thank you for understanding and explaining how the Auto Trakk program works. You are correct, Auto Trakk is a weekly payment lease and payments are due every Friday. If a customer is unable to pay weekly due to their pay schedule etc. They do have the opportunity to pay bi-weekly or even monthly if they choose. Again, we appreciate you leaving a review.

  Auto Trakk is a predatory service that feeds off their customer’s credit issues! The interest rate on these vehicles are so high it is ridiculous! After my vehicle was involved in a collision and totaled, Auto Trakk continued to hound me for payment even though I carried full coverage. This has been a horrible experience since day one! When I attempted to trade this vehicle in on another vehicle to get out of this loan, it was like I never paid a dime on this vehicle and i owed four times what the vehicle’s blue book was! I want every dollar that they ever received from me, back!

  Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were involved in an accident and that the vehicle was totaled. In the event of a total loss, the insurance company will provide Auto Trakk with a settlement amount after they have evaluated the vehicle to assess the value of the vehicle. Any balance that *** be left over after the settlement is received from the insurance company, could be due to insurance deductible, excessive mileage and/or prior damage. If it is determined that there is a balance still owed this would be provided to the customer to fulfill the balance owed.   This company has been a nightmare. One never knew it was leased. Two moved to Arizona a within a week motor went out. I was told by a rep that it could be added to my bill total if I took it to a shop. Got it hauled to Kia. Kia informs me it had been wrecked before. News to me. Then Auto Trakk tells me it can’t be a commercial mechanic. I haul it off to a shop that the rep suggested in the area (by the rep who looked it up with auto trakk) just to be told the motor is discontinued. Then with out letting me know cause I needed to get some things out of it since I was still in process off getting a place to stay. Auto trakk had repoed my car. That was not the agreement. Now yall want 7,600 bucks for what. I always paid yeah sometimes I was late. Depending on when I got paid. Yall told me one thing then did another. You can take your lose or talk to my lawyer. I’m tired of your emails and harassment. My email is *********** ** ***** And you can stop messaging me a take it off my credit report. Otherwise I’ll see you in court. I have the evidence to back it.

After reviewing the account, Auto Trakk does provided a limited warranty with our lease agreements. However, in some cases the repairs may not be covered if after the vehicle inspection/estimate of repairs it is found that routine maintenance was not performed. There a many reasons why a vehicle may be recovered while being located at a shop for repairs and the repairs are not being completed.   You’re missing the point. I did what you guys told me to do. I’m not ignorant about cars a keeping them running. Just rebuilt a Jeep the other day. Yall left me in the fight to survive. An instead of making this right yall send me messages all the time saying I owe you. For what. My wife has stage 4 terminal cancer now. An y’all are in the way of my credit score for this whole ordeal. For yall not doing what was said a then taking my car with letting me know squat. Then yall wanna talk about 7000 still owed. Yall need to get off my credit report or im getting a lawyer an opening a lawsuit against you. I’m done with this back and forth with yall. Either send me a email about making it right or I’ll see you in court. And the phone calls I’ve had with you guys will get played in court of y’all telling me where to go an what to do

  Almost 3wks after my car was totalled due to theft they contacted me stating that I still owe money. This is after I had been told over the phone by the company I didn't owe anything else. They stated there was damage to the vehicle that my insurance didn't cover. I told them the damage they were referring to was already there when I leased the vehicle from them and they were made aware more than once prior to the theft incident. They stated they were not aware and are not responsible for it to which I told them I'm not paying for damages from a previous accident that I was not made aware of until after I had signed the lease. Furthermore, the vehicle is a total loss so i asked why are they even trying to get money for the damages that my insurance said had no bearing on the payoff amount. At this point they no longer even own the vehicle since the title was signed over to my insurance. The lady was even laughing on the phone. They can Ha Ha into the court room if they continue to be dishonest and harass me.

  Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that you may feel less than satisfied after the total loss of the the leased vehicle. As stated in the lease agreement, in the event of a total loss, all customers are responsible for your insurance deductible, early termination fee, and any prior wear and use. After the total loss evaluation that is completed by the customers insurance company, the settlement check is less the amount of the items listed above.   They do nothing but harass with phone calls , emails. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen or experienced. I make my payments and they know that I got paid bi- weekly but still will not change my payment schedule. That make phone calls to our work places and endanger our jobs because they have no tolerance or sympathy with issues that come up that may cause a payment being a little late. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

  No stars are due , first of all let me start by saying this has been the worst experience ever, talk to like nothing when trying to conduct business. To start with the car has issues within the first 30 days called asking for help took to the dealership never found out the issues with the car. Paid off the lease two years early then told i had more fees in order for me to obtain my title . After paying $15,000 plus for a car that was worth $2,500 only is wow but didn’t want negative impact on my credit reason I paid until today 5/22/23 car now let’s see how things go with getting my title now that I was informed that I must pay in my own to have the title put in my name TOTALLY A RIP OFF DONT DO IT NO MATTER YOUR CREDIT TRUST SOMEONE WILL LEND A CAR BUT DONT USE THIS lender

  I am definitely in the minority here. I got a raw deal on a pretty good car. Payments were crazy, but I could afford it and my credit was terrible at the time. I can't say that I would recommend them. That's the good part lol. I totaled my car and my insurance paid it off, BUT, it still shows on my credit report. I may have to give them a call.

After reviewing your account, I do see that your vehicle was a total loss and the account was just terminated in April 2023 with a zero balance. However, Auto Trakk reports to the credit bureaus on a monthly basis. Any account closed in April will be updated when credit reporting is completed in May and this may take some time for it reflect through the bureaus.   Worst company ever and I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all! I became ill and was hospitalized for 2 weeks. They say I got home car was being repossessed. Called Auto Trakk and was told there nothing they could, for me to call the dealership! Never again

  Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you may be unhappy and that you were hospitalized. However, the Auto Trakk program is a weekly payment lease which was explained to you during lease signing. It is very important that when entering into the lease agreement the payments are made on time. In this case, the first weekly payment was due on the account on April 7, 2023 and we received no notification as to why the weekly payments were not being made. As a result, the vehicle was reassigned to the originating dealership. Thank you

  I had a good experience with auto trakk until recently. I only owe 125.00 on my car ( leasing fee ) and you would think I owe thousands from the rude calls that I have received. I asked for an additional one week grace period and that rude lady I spoke with today told me that they could come and repo the car for over 125.00. This company wants to repossess cars once you get to the end of the lease. They are crooks, Never again.

  We are sorry to hear that you may have had a bad experience at the end of your lease. Auto Trakk strives to provide our customers with the best customer experience possible. At the end of the lease term a customer has an allotted time ,if they are wanting to purchase the vehicle and have the title placed into their name, to pay the residual balance and the purchase option fee. If these balances are not paid in a timely manner, Auto Trakk has the right to proceed with the recovery of the vehicle as at that point we are the owners of the vehicle. However, it does look like you did fulfill the obligations of the lease term and the title was sent out for you to transfer in your name.   Needs to be shut down. Biggest mistake of my life. You better off getting a stripper pregnant. Their warranty is super trash and car has been a MAJOR MAJOR issue from week 1. RUN

This limited warranty covers parts such as the alternator, starter, internal components of the engine and the transmission. However, it does not cover normal wear and use items.
