1 starI would not buy or service a vehicle here again. I bought a used f150 from them with all sorts of issues before they made repairs prior to purchase. I stayed consistent in asking for updates, which when it comes to getting solid communication- particularly with their sales manager ******* who didnt even come for the sale of the truck and hasnt returned my call surprisingly.. Once they completed repairs they mentioned they had a VIP set an appointment to see and if he doesnt buy Im next in line. Right there I should have walked away. During sale I mentioned multiple issues that werent mechanically address or followed up on until I pushed on it. I waited over three hours for a detail which was a joke. Only partial vacuum, spray down. Had wiring hanging from pod lights, exhaust clamps missing, coolant low. They wouldnt budge on pricing even though they made 20k between the sale and my trade in. They filed my paperwork wrong and wasnt at all thorough which they still havent called me back about. Gave me a loaner to address repairs, I had suspicions for coolant intrusion in heads which I took pictures of some combustion chamber prior to giving them the vehicle with questionable scoring. That give it back saying the tested everything and used borescope to check ********. Well I knew that was a lie because I did the spark plugs and the ignition coils had not been removed- mounted bolts broken taking them out. All documented which I may end up reporting after a evaluation. All in all a bunch of liars who dont value customers.. unless youre VIP that is.Review fromJerry V

1 starFor nearly a week I have tried to engage the Sales Team at Blaise Alexander Subaru of ********* regarding a vehicle that has been for sale 146 days (100 days in their posession). I have explained to them that I deal with anxiety trying to transact busines over the phone, especially car sales. I just have a few basic questions to ask before I drive 4.5 hours to come see the car. So far, all I have gotten in reply is pre-scripted invitations to call in. It is ridiculous that I've reached out to 3 team members, including the General Manager and no one is taking ownership to help me. At this point I wonder if the car even exists and am suspicous of why it's been there so long. Infact, while I am basically emailing-hounding them regarding my desire to buy it, they lowered it's price! Something seems very off and/or dishonest about it all. Why have your email online, including "contact us" forms and buttons, if you are just going to refuse to reply and only send invitations to call in? It makes no sense. So far I have failed to get help from ******* *****, ***** ***** (General Manager) and ********* *******. I will continue to try, but this is getting old and worrisome.Review fromBeth R

1 starBlaise *** is the worst possible place to buy a vehicle. *** ********* Looked right in my face told me anytime the vehicle is serviced we would get a brand new loaner. Apparently we surprised them with a drop off and they gave us a s***** ******* mile *** soul when we bought a van because of our children. Then we need to have it serviced again because of another issue after just purchasing and are refusing a loaner. The sales man we dealt with was so uncomfortable because *** ********* kept coming and interrupting and being rude to him. We should have walked.Review fromDaniel K

1 starAvoid this place at all cost. Below I will post an email I sent to the general manager and got zero response. *** is very nice but on this day he was very dismissive. ******** the service manager needs to be removed from any customer service role when I finally got to speak to her her response was " I never got a vociemail" and when I explained the situation her response was a very blunt "we aren't paying for your two rims". I asked to speak with someone above her who was ***** ***** the sales manager and he did his best to fix the situation but the best option they had was refurbished rims for $1,050 or new rims for $2,000 discounted to $1,700. I went online and bought the rims for $360 and had them mounted and all of the work done for $800(rims included) at another shop. How does a vehicle pass inspection and a week later need $800 work of work? The reason I bring up past experiences is because only a month earlier than my most recent issue we brought my fianc's car to get an inspection, again with zero complaints just needing inspected and it passed. When no more than a week later the car is having issues so we bring it in to the shop and his car now also has a bent rim. We bought the new rim without question and paid the $700 and did not complain. This is now two perfectly fine vehicles that we've brought into the shop for inspection and a week later had bent rims. When I called and asked to speak with a manager on 12/31/24 at 4:30pm I was told one moment while I get ********. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes until I hung up after 5pm when the office closed. I called back again this morning 1/2/25 and asked to speak with ******** again. They transferred me back and the line went dead.We recently had to replace my fianc's breaks and rotors for being "very *****" a month after inspection. How do two vehicles pass inspection and need hundreds of dollars worth of work a week later, and a month later? Something is suspicious at this shop.Review fromTammy M

1 starPurchased a vehicle 7/05/24. Was told it would be brought into the garage, tested, and any repairs would be done prior to leaving the dealership. Being told this... I signed the As Is. 11/11/24 I go in for an oil change and tire rotation as ******* stated was due. Find that my vehicle needs a new engine!! Right on time for my oil change, however it was 3 qts low and they just let me drive out!4 months and 4317 miles later, I was Sold a vehicle that should have never left the lot! They Refuse to Do Anything to help me!! Very Poor Customer ServiceReview fromLafayette M

1 starI purchased a 2021 Bronco Sport OBX from Blaise Alexander **** of Mansfield in July of 2022. The Bronco Sport was sold to me with 2 existing recalls that had not yet been addressed. Other minor things like squeaky brakes and missing the key to the roof rack existed at time of purchase. RPMs revving up and jerking the vehicle while accelerating or just maintaining speed started around 80k miles. ******* recall had come out, so I made an appointment to have all the recalls addressed as well as have the transmission issue diagnosed. It took about a week for them to get it in to take a look. Just before 5:00pm the day of the appointment (after not hearing anything all day, this being my daily driver I planned to pick the vehicle up that day- not so much) the service department called to give the "bad news"- transmission torque converter will need to be replaced. He said he would be filing a claim with **** the following morning as he had "pretty good luck getting them to help out with issues like this on vehicles under 100k miles". Quote for me paying without assistance was $4600, should expect to hear back from **** within 24 hours after claim is filed. I went to pick up the vehicle the following afternoon, that service person said it usually takes 48 hours to hear back from **** claims. Finally on business day 10 after filing claim, called Blaise Alexander and was told **** denied the claim because I have brand loyalty score of 0. I went next day to pay for the parts that needed to be ordered. Parts arrive July 5, they can't get it in for work until July 15. Quoted for 13.6 hour job. Day 2 hear nothing, call and are told they are short staffed, the trans is "almost out". Day 3 they call and say rear main seal is leaking, 3-5 days to get part. (Trans should have been out on appointment day 1 and issue identified 2 days before it was, I had to rent a car for family vacation because of delay after delay in getting this taken care of, while I pay full price out of pocket)Review fromJustin S

1 starPurchased a used vehicle from Blaise Alexander of Greencastle 2 years ago. Purchasing the vehicle was a smooth experience. However, here we are 2 years later, with a vehicle that has a blown engine. Not much we can do now since they recently sold this dealership. Yes, I understand we purchased a used vehicle. But, you would think it would last longer than 2 years. Now I understand why they sell so many cars! Selling junk to people that trust them. Never again will I purchase from them or recommend them! Shame on you Blaise!
