    My son received a perm from the Dallas establishment on Sunday at 12pm by evening it looked like his hair did prior to the perm. He didn’t wash the hair or get his hair wet and the perm did not hold. I emailed the store about the problem and was called the next day. The employee told me I would have to set up a consult with the manager for her to see the hair . I offered to email pictures that were taken but was told I needed to make an appointment to see the hair in person . The “ consult” was made for today 10/26/23 . I walked into the store and was told the perm could be redone or I could have a store credit. My son who is 12 did not want the perm redone at this establishment as they had already screwed it up the first time . He missed school because he was so upset about how the hair turned out and could not be styled the following day after the perm. I paid 127 dollars for a service . A service that was not provided . This is not a case of he didn’t like his perm . The perm was not completed and they are refusing to refund my money for this perm.
