    I recently had a distressing experience with this place that has left a lasting impact. When I brought in a stray kitten with an eye problem, I had to wait 45 minutes before being attended to. And it took an additional hour and a half for the kitten to return to me. The vet confirmed that the eye infection could be contagious, posing a risk to other kittens. However, they only provided medication for one of them. To get medicines for the other kittens, I was told I had to bring each one individually to the vet and pay $79.20 for each visit per kitten. Remember that these are 4 stray kittens I'm trying to help. Today alone, I paid a total of $174 out of my pocket, without any consideration for a discount, despite their claims of being committed to animal welfare. What struck me the most was the price difference. Exactly the same medication with a prescription was available online at Chewy's for only $10.99, while they charged me $40.25 for it. I couldn't believe the markup they were imposing. The staff didn't tell me I could take a prescription and buy the same medicine online. On top of that, they wouldn't return the kitten to me unless I paid. It felt like they were holding my pet hostage. I've never encountered such a terrible ordeal with veterinarians before. It's disheartening that helping stray kittens means paying individually for each of them, repeating the expensive process four times. This vet prioritizes financial gain over genuine assistance. I can't recommend this place to anyone.
