hello , my name is ***************** Nearly six months ago, *********************** . (chief Foreman at Hive Mine Enterprises Co. ) agreed to remove some trees from my house backyard for $3800 to be paid in two installments, and he got the full amount more than 6 months ago, but he hasn't finished working until today. Aug,10/2023 For different reasons, once because of the weather, once because of his injury, and again because of the injury of the work team And finally, two months ago, he promised me that the pending work would end if I waited until the first week of July, and unfortunately I believed him and waited for this period, and finally, when the time came, he told me that he lost the job and closed the company and file for bankruptcy , ??? During this one of his suggestions is to get some price offers from other companies and he will try to give me the money to finish the work The remaining work was between $1,650 and $2,200. I sent him a copy of the quotations with all the details, but also none of this suited him I sympathize with him for losing his work, but I'm not a rich man. My wife and I work around the clock, and we barely save $200 a month after paying the monthly house bills. I stand on my feet 10 hours a day and my wife clean dishes all day, and the money that your ******************* it to do the Job is my children's tax return and he knows At the end I offer him two options:-First that he find someone to locate the pending work and he can pay him direct 2nd he will refund me even a 50 % ONLY from any of the quote that I sent him before for the pending work and I will carry the other half , and still that not work with him. I will Appreciate your help , and I have more vedio and photo and a lot for Msg. between me and this contractor , ready to summited when you need it thanks you ***************** **********

We contracted Hive Mind Enterprises to remove a White Pine Tree from our property on 8/10/22. We were informed that an additional crew would be arriving at 5:00 p.m. on 8/10 to clean up the debris as well as grind the stump. Each day, thereafter, we have been told the same thing. We would told that someone would be there on 8/13, then a "medical" emergency came up and once again no show. We received a text that someone could possible be there today 8/15 and they would keep us posted. No attempts were made to keep us posted until we reached out today. now we are being told possibly someone tomorrow. They required prepayment for the services which we paid, we would like them to honor their agreement.
