This business will not return a computer that I dropped off for service more than one year ago. I've used his services in the past, multiple times, and things worked out beautifully. Turnaround times were reasonable, his work was top notch, and he was quite professional in how he acted. He turned out to be the best computer technician I've ever worked with, and I was looking forward to being a permanent customer of his. That all changed, though, when I dropped a computer off in January, 2021. Some other things happened in his life, that created difficulty in our schedules matching, which did not upset me at this point, as nothing was pressing at the time. We have to match at some point. That went on into the summer of 2021, which still did not upset me even at that point. He had things come up, and so did I, and still nothing overly urgent on my end, so that was okay. Life happens. I started getting upset when he quit answering my phone calls in summer 2021; I tried texting, and responses were spotty at best. I still was able to keep my cool, until even the texts stopped, until recently, when I had to send a half a dozen messages all at once to get a response. Now, things ARE urgent, and I NEED to use it again. He has blocked my phone number for voice calls (I can prove this). He offered to bring it to me, but my own situation recently has gotten quite complicated, and needs to be explained via voice as I go along, not by text. He will neither make nor answer a voice call. He says his phone is messed up, but also said that he was to get a new one several days ago. I can't prove otherwise, but he has been avoiding my calls and some of my messages for some time. Which is fine, I suppose, but my comptuer needs to be returned to me. I am seeking the following resolutions 1) Unblock my phone number 2) Talk via voice so we can make arrangements for return, and, most importantly 3) Return the computer to me
