Purchase date is September 15,2021. Transaction # *****************, Order # *******, Item # 364jg, a widescreen DVD "The ***** ******" . I was charged $10.39 total, $6.40 for the DVD and $3.99 for shipping. I returned the unopened DVD and was refunded $6.40 but not my shipping. I've made at least a dozen phone calls trying to resolve this. One lady said she was a manager and I would receive my shipping cost back, but this still has not happened. Please try to get my $3.99 refunded for me. Also you should know this was an unauthorized purchase made on me ****** account, and when I buy DVD's I only buy full screen and from ****** and ****.Business response

We have researched this matter. As this falls into a customer remorse/did not want situation, the customer would not be entitled for a refund of original or return shipping costs. The customer placed an order with us, that order was shipped and delivered. As per our Return Policy, the customer is welcome to return any unopened item within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the item's original purchase price. That's what we did.

As to the comment made about my ****** account, ****** has locked my count because of the breach. And per the police department this is the latest scam to receive a package at your address that you did not order. As far as I'm concerned this case is not resolved until I get my money back, and this has not happened.Beware! this company 'oldies.com' is a horrible company and are intent on stealing my money and everybody else's as well.Business response

At this point, no further response is required. The customer returned an unwanted item, and we refunded accordingly. We are not responsible for return shipping charges given the nature of the return.

I placed an order for a lot of items from Oldies.Com. They shipped all the albums but one album- ***** ****** "The ********" was opened, had water damage on the cover and insert. It looked like it was stuck to their warehouse floor. I emailed Oldies.Com customer service immediately. They responded to call instead which I did. The customer service woman I spoke to said they would be sending a replacement out the same way this order was sent. Never received, it's been weeks. No reply to emails. They charge shipping + $1 extra shipping for this item as well. Order# *******Business response
