      The finished product (replacement laminated kitchen cabinets) is pleasing. Designer, warranty ****************** technician were responsive and professional, as well as good ******************* representatives. However, the Kitchen Magic factory was experiencing a persistent production problem with defective cabinet doors which were repeatedly being shipped to my home, though I was assured that they were being carefully inspected before leaving the manufacturing line. The finished laminate layer revealed an issue with adherence, so that the doors kept arriving with air pockets/bubbles in the finish. I remained generally patient, assured by the Warranty employees that the company would uphold its guarantee and produce all non-defective doors. It took months of of receiving faulty goods before I received the necessary number of NON-defective cabinets doors for my kitchen to be completed.I believe my challenge was two-fold: I had paid the final installment IN FULL the final day of the INITIAL installation at the company's insistence. The defects became glaringly apparent the next day, but I owed nothing, had lost my leverage as a consumer, and my case immediately became a WARRANTY rather than an INSTALL issue.At the CORPORATE level, I was ignored or treated as a picky client rather than a patient customer who was doing business with a company producing faulty goods. I was offered no apology or courtesy refund for the extended time and aggravation Kitchen Magic caused me. My kitchen was disrupted for months. I chose this company because of its reputation as a family-run concern, producing quality goods over many years and I was sorely disappointed. I would not do business with them again.

      My kitchen cabinets look amazing. Everything went smoothly. I changed my mind on the color midway and everyone was onboard and we were able to make it work.

      I have had numerous problems with my kitchen cabinet renovation project with Kitchen Magic. I've had several delays (2 months) due to receiving the wrong size doors due to the bad measurements and was shipped the wrong style (cabinet door) glass. If you are an existing customer, good luck trying to reach the warranty department or any live body when calling. I always have to select #2 for new customer inquiries to reach a representative. The warranty department has only responded to me by email. I have had multiple issues with the quality of the laminate and cabinet doors. You get a limited one year warranty on labor, after that customers are charged a $300.00 labor fee for each claim. The laminate on the doors and cabinets are peeling, cracking and chipping. Kitchen Magic use low quality laminate which leave customers stuck with having to pay their high service charges to repair or replace any laminate that's damaged. It would have been more cost effective to get my cabinets professionally painted than "laminate" them with poor quality materials which are falling apart after one year.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are committed to resolving this matter for you. The initial service for your door took place in September and was successfully resolved by September 28th. The second service was completed on October 24th. Based on the multiple visits, we have also scheduled an upcoming inspection of your cabinets set for Friday, November 3rd, to determine the root cause. We understand that your trust in Kitchen Magic has been tested, however we want you to know we hear and understand your frustration and we are doing our utmost to make this right for you. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction upon the completion of our service.

      Had a wonderful experience with kitchen magic. When a small issue arose, they were prompt to fix it, keep in communication, and were just wonderful to deal with. Our kitchen looks great, and what a pleasure to work with them! I would recommend to anyone looking for a kitchen facelift!

      Not only was everything done exactly as promised, and at a better price than others quoted, but the installer was pleasant and efficient. Our kitchen was left neat and clean and all the construction debris was removed quickly. We’ve already scheduled our next project with Kitchen Magic. Highly recommended!

      We were apprehensive about this project but was referred by friends who had used Kitchen Magic several years prior. They allowed us to inspect their several-year-old kitchen refacing project. That visit relieved our minds to a great degree albeit, we were still a bit iffy - that was only a single project. Eventually we called Kitchen Magic and arranged for a sales person to come to our home. She brought samples of everything which include cabinet coverings, counter tops, and backsplash tiles. She was here for several hours while we decided first, whether to go forward with the project and then, while we chose colors and materials for the various parts of the project. That was April 25, 2022. After the materials arrived, the project would take 4-5 weeks They started July 12. They would have started the 1st of July and worked over the July 4th but we couldn't accommodate that which pushed the start date to the 12th. The cabinets took 5 days (July 12th to the 16th). The carpenter was wonderful. . He was quiet, worked constantly, no chatter unless we asked a specific question, (We made every effort to stay out of his way) and at the end of each day, whether it was 5 or 5:30, he always took 15-20 minutes to discuss the project with us and get our thoughts. The Granite Company came to make the template for the counters on July 12 and 10 days later on July 22, as promised, three gentlemen installed the quartz counters. That only took 1/2 of a day. All three were very nice; polite, friendly and extremely careful coming through the sunporch slider and the newly completed cabinets with the heavy slabs of quart. The tile person arrived to place the tiles on July 25. He stayed late that day to complete the job because our daughter was coming in the next day from out of state. Beautiful job! There were a couple of hiccoughs with the drawer handles and fronts which were handled within a day of discovery. We would hire Kitchen Magic again in a minute.

      We are thrilled with the outcome of our cabinet refacing. There were a few communication hiccups that were eventually ironed out. The cabinet installation was done professionally. The installers were very friendly and easy to work with. The countertop looks great as well as the subway tiles. Our tile person was in and out in one day! Overall a wonderful, pleasant experience.

      Had a project for my kitchen and was supposed to take a wee. After several mistakes (overall 12) maybe more , it’s now been 4 weeks. And one mistake was very serious. The floor installer put a nail through my main water line to my whole house. Another setback. They agreed to pay for my plumber. But they offered a menial compensation of $300 of my total bill for s month of inconvenience and manny many mistakes. Never recommending them to anyone v snd most of the people just yes u yo death and don’t care like they should. Horrible
