•Enter "Return Authorization Request Order # (your original order number) in the subject line of your email
•Provide the reason for your return - we may contact you for additional information
•You will receive an unpaid return label and instructions via email
•Items must be returned in original unopened packaging and in new condition
•Upon receipt of returned items, we will refund the product purchase price not including original shipping fees if applicable.
•Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of delivery
•Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours after we receive and process your return•Opened packages, custom cuts, samples and the Professional Swatch Decks are not eligible for return.
