    My clock required a part being replaced, because it wasnt keeping time. I agreed to paying $375.00 because my son, who passed away recently, had made it in shop class. Little did I know, that part is sold for $12 in any craft store. But I agreed on the price; I wanted it working. What I didnt expect was getting home with it, after 2 days it stopped working. I replaced the battery, but it still didnt work. This business advertises that they make house calls, so thats what I asked the owner to do. He refused. I am on disability, have early onset Alzheimers, and I had gotten lost twice when going to the shop. Hes claiming I am having buyers remorse, and stated online that I was bipolar. I just want my clock to work.

    My wife contacted Mr. ****** and made arrangements to have our grandfathers clock repaired. Presumably, the work was OK (clock is working). Strangely, he asked my wife if I was going to be home (I wasn't). He was paid $1000.00 for an hour of work. Buyer be aware.

    Our cuckoo clock was repaired at National Clock Repair by Murray K*****. Very minor repair for no charge! Many thanks for helping us get our beloved clock from Germany that is over 40 years old working again!
