    I have not used this site and on November 25, 2023. I now have multiple charges for 4.99 on my account for meet me 575 credits. I have to stress I have not been on any of their sites.

    I'm constantly being bombarded with spam bots, they told me "there is a setting to not accept incoming messages. They need to stop the spam bots. I don't appreciate having to clear out 2,000 chat requests a day when nothing works with the app. I believe that "The Meet Group" are nothing but scammers. They should be also prosecuted in a federal court.

    MeetMe takes all reports of abuse seriously -- including spam -- which is not tolerated.

    We havent received any other reports of the issue that ****************** reported. However, weve escalated this matter to our quality assurance team and they are currently investigating.

    In the meantime, if ****************** sees inappropriate content or behavior on MeetMe, he should click the Report Abuse icon found in the top right-hand corner of the meetme.com website.  In the next screen that comes up, indicate what he saw that was inappropriate and click the red Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

    If using the MeetMe ****** app, tap the Report button in the top right to send in a report.  Or, on the ******* app, tap the Menu button on the device followed by Report.

    I was in a vehicular accident with a documented concussion and memory loss I notified this company of spending during a time period that I did not recognize but because I did not dispute he entirety of the account the claim was dismissed however the company went afterwards and recouped all funds associated with the account but did not reimburse me as the complaining agent. I have made several attempts to reach them to no avail and this is my last effort before retaining an attorney. I have contacted several of their clients some with similar circumstances and collected documentation to support this claim if they desire to discuss the matter please email or call at their leisure

    I am rejecting this response because: funds were recovered but not refunded to the originating service as a consumer I am entitled to knowledge of what was paid for and where the funds are currently.  If recovered then tagged acknowledged that there were errors and remedy should be made but the complain can not recoup assets and keep that is theft.

    I have reached out to a number of users form this application who have provided documentation and interactions with representatives of this organization starting that they saw grounds for a chargeback after the bank denied the request I have attached one person as an example.

     I started a new account and filed a police report because once I understood what was happening it was evident that this account along with everything I had attached to it was compromised.  

    There were even what appears to be duplicate charges to this escourt service, but because they thought they could take advantage of a disabled veteran they saw an opportunity to collect the funds as if reinstating me based on what was explained to them and the evidence provided of my email being tampered with and my phone along with wallet being lost and instead of doing the right thing they kept the funds.  I have retained a lawyer this matter will be turned over completely to them next week. 

    In the meanwhile my information on the application was leaked by people who thought I recouped the funds and since I have received phone calls threats to my person and family every day I have kept a record and recorded some of these items as well I intend now for tagged to make this right as well.

    From the time I actively started streaming which was roughly three months or so after my father passed in March until the time I sadly decided the account was compromised beyond salvage I basically received diamonds and sent them to the people who visited me and spent time. but the account was utilized to send diamonds or somehow duplicate charges I still don't know i asked tagged for a list of what was purchased to match against the transactions to my bank and to know where the money is currently and they refused to  until I came here.  I found other charges on my credit cards which led me to believe it was all through the ****** so therefore possibly my phone.  

    So tagged did you recoup the money from my personal accounts even for the time beyond what I had initially disputed and if not where is the money so I can finally see an itimized list of what was spent where and hopefully get more light on what happened during this time period.

    So my main account was deleted when I wasn't streaming or doing anything and had nothing to do with this streamer being doxed however now they are posting on ********* bragging they got my main account deleted and showing messages with admins. I have proof from my internet provider I was not online nor had any of the information that was used against this individual however now almost two months later I am getting harassed by this individual as well as she has been reported to *** and ***** is *** is getting told that you all cannot find this individuals account when in fact you can. Meetme banned my account and I wasn't even online so I do not believe that you need a URL to find this account!If her account is not removed or mine restored I will be forced to seek legal remedy. This is unacceptable and fraud and a lack of response for the safety of streamers and app users who go on here to just enjoy the app however bullying is allowed, stalking is allowed, false allegations are allowed, ****** has been allowed, and violation of human rights for people with disabilities has been allowed as well as racism and hate speech. NONE OF THE ACCOUNTS THAT I HAVE REPORTED WITH PROOF HAVE BEEN REMOVED PERMANENTLY BUT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE! People spend a lot of money on this app to enjoy it, not to get the trash that is being allowed.

    I keep trying to delete my account, I am locked out of it. I have emailed NUMEROUS times asking them to delete it, all they do its tell me to reset my password.,that doesnt work. It keeping asking for my email over and over again, which I provide and never even receive the confirmation email.

    I have been getting harassed by a *** ***** named ******** *** he gave my address out to people on the app had picture of my daughter and my deceased mother trolling me on pages associated with ********* ****** I blocked him and all his pages and yet still was able to harass me I emailed support, ***, and top ******** emails to get no help I reached out to multiple admins ********* page no help. I’ve sent screen recordings of people giving my address out on the app they are still active users (**** ******)……..I’ve spent more than $20k on this app to get treated like this they deactivated my page because of harassment when I’m the one being harrassed and showed them video proof of ******** *** bragging about getting my page taken because I reported him 3 times and got him banned because he was trolling me on his main page this is unacceptable I use the app as a safe haven to build with new people and to network I’ve been on the app since 2020 February and never had to deal with this ever in my whole 3 years until now and it not just me there are multiple people dealing with this same person trolling them. And they ban me for harassment because he was screen recording me while he was trolling me and I reacted in my own live he’s blocked from my live so he look at my page on ***** **** and goes to the other streamer page that I’m vs to troll me and when I react that’s called harassment I think not obviously he’s harassing me having screen recording of me means he stalking my page while blocked

    I was a streamer on Tagged. I received diamonds from my Gefters that I converted into money. I worked for my diamonds from the site, and I requested my $200 cash out from Tagged. Three days later, my account was taken down because they said I volunteered under conditions that they had not explained. My problem here is that I worked for my diamonds and requested them on 8/01. A couple of days later, they deleted my tagged and never sent my cash out. I feel they basically robbed my Gefters and me of the money I was owed for the work I put in. I have written them several times about my cash out, and the only email I receive back is that your account was deleted. I requested my cash out 08/01/2023 My account was deleted 08/04/2023.

    hello, on meetme.com that has an option for you to go live stream and talk and interact with your viewers in return you get diamonds from viewers once you have 80,000 diamonds you can redeem that for cash reward equal $200 I have redeemed mine, but instead of me getting the money, the money has never arrive and they close my account saying I broke the rules when I did not do anything( they cannot provide information of me doing anything wrong,they just closed my account out of nowhere.) I do not wish to return to be a streamer on their platform anymore, but I just want my money that I redeemed, it took a while to get 80,000 diamonds It tooks months, I just think it's not fair for them to take it without an explanation what I did wrong. I never smoked,cursed,nude on livestream.

    I am absolutely appalled at the way Ive been treated by the support staff of the application. I have been a faithful member for 2 years and have spent thousands of dollars in support of the app and my fellow content creators. My account was permanently closed due to violating the terms of service. I had violated no terms and have been a positive voice for myself and others in the MeetMe community. I have requested correspondence with support numerous times and havent received a single response since the initial account closure email. This is beyond unjust, and entirely unfair. I have documentation proving my innocence, and still remain without response. MeetMe was my primary income and now I am unable to pay my bills and very well may lose my home and vehicle because of it.
