      3/18/25 Emailed info regarding BBB complaint to ****** ****, Director of Operations
      3/18 ****** researched and responded that the partial account number (JXXXX) was not sufficient to identify the account in question and we do not have an account in the amount of $650 on file
      3/19 after review we want to communicate to ******* that we understand her concern and take this matter very seriously. We appreciate being contacted regarding her being a victim of identity theft and are anxious to assist if we can.  We encourage Ms. **** to contact ****** **** at ************ to discuss how to proceed.

      This office wants to change for the full amount when my insurance and my car insurance already pay partial my insurance paid 291.73 and the Insurance from y car paid 200 I don't understand why they want to go after the full amount I have send them paperwork showing the payment that was made but they don't want to do anything about they just want to collect

      Hi, I received medical services like CT Scan and X ray from AHN CLINICAL RADIOLOGY in May and june for two different services and i paid amount using the HSA optum bank for the amount online later in June . But today i received a letter from Collection Center INC stating that i owe the money to them, i never received any call nor email about this earlier and now i see a letter from them which i already paid and got deducted the money. please resolve this

And i still not received any confirmation from then saying its resolved .

      This is a rental place I started to move into, Scottsdale manor, I paid security deposit and started moving in, and a day later due to emergency I told the facility I was not moving in and I turned in my keys. Now on my credit report it has me as an eviction and that is no correct. I was not even there a week nor a month and they say I owe 105.00

      On 3/10/2023, I received two collections notifications from this business for services from AHN that I did not utilize. I contacted AHN, and I do not have any outstanding charges, and AHN explained that they do not utilize this collections company. This needs resolved immediately, as I do not owe to anyone.

      15 usc 1681(a)(4) violation debt collector infringed upon my rights to privacy. Instead of invoicing you for the federal violation of my rights as a consumer, the remedy I am seeking is permanent deletion immediately.
