    I purchased a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport from Hillcrest. Since purchase, the Driver's Side Side Mirror (glass) has been shaky and not fully glued in correctly. I have been in 2 times for service to have it fixed, however, neither time was it fixed correctly. The 2nd time, the Service staff was not respectful of my husband's time nor did they fix the issue. My husband was told it would be less than an hour to fix the problem. However, most the technician was viewable the entire time, and did not actively work on the issue, and took almost 2 and 1/2 hours to return the car. Additionally, the complimentary car wash that was offered did very little to clean the vehicle, and my husband had to point out that it was still dirty (from the bugs in the grill and the windshield). They did rewash the vehicle, but it wasn't much cleaner. Two days later, the glass in the mirror was shaking again.
