    Upon leaving my vehicle to be serviced within three times of picking it up I drove 1/2 mile down road and same problem was not fixed . One time I was there for the heating and cooling system not working at all so they so called fixed it . When I got it back it only worked on 3 settings not 4 so I went back and mechanic came out and said well it works at least I said are you kidding me ? Unacceptable you will fix this correctly. . In December of last year same thing no air on 4 setting and check engine light on . Oil switch was replaced and air still not working properly. So I picked up drove half mile away again check engine light comes on . I go back now they tested for code but now it’s dangerous for me to drive it so must be left cam shaft problem . Long story short I was so aggravated I asked to speak to manager Ken I tell him what’s going on he says I see no thing here with cam shaft I said what ? He would not let me explain he kept talking over me and avoiding the question I raised my voice and said you’re not listening to me and then he started yelling at me !! Well he was on speaker phone my other half heard they way he was yelling at me and got on the phone gave him a earful and he changed his tune immediately. I was not in anyway trying to cause a problem I was just trying to figure out the bs they kept handing me but because I am a woman he felt he needed to shut me down . So unprofessional!!! They claim it’s all about you there but it’s all about them !! The staff is rude and very arrogant. And still they have yet to apologize I’ve tried to call the head honcho Joe but he will not return my call . Horrible

    I reached out to Mrs. M********** to try to discuss this in more detail. I have not heard back from her . I discussed this situation with several members of my staff and they all have a different opionion on the events. It seems that Mrs. M********** was the one who was raising her voice and cursing at my staff and not letting us explain her situation . We were trying to explain that the warranty company wanted an approval to tear down her engine to determone and verify coverage . We had trouble tring to communicate this to her . I would be happy to discuss this in more detail .
