Tuesday, July 20, 2021 (Date of flight home) We purchased a vacation from Apple Vacations, Reservation #********. They handled the flight arrangements through ****** Airlines, Conf. #******. ****** Airlines cancelled our flight home while we were at the airport. We went through a lot of anxiety and frustration finding a flight home...on our own. No help from Apple Vacations. Luckily, my boyfriend had points with ********* and found a flight through them. We never received our refund and ****** Airlines told us it was refunded to Apple Vacations since we went through them for the trip. I did the online chat with Apple Vacations and they said they did not see the refund. I contacted ****** again and they said Apple gave them 2 cards to pay our flights. I only paid with 1 card - a ****. Apple refunded the money to a ********** that does not belong to me or my boyfriend. We do not have a **********! I was on the phone trying to get through to the post trip customer service for an hour and a half until I hung up. One person ********* answered after 30 minutes. I gave her information and she said I still wasn't with the right department. She would not give me a phone number incase I was disconnected. She transferred me and I was on hold with no one picking up until I hung up. All we want is our money back! Who does the other card belong to? Can't they get it back for the wrong card and return it to the proper card? Is Apple Vacations a scam? I have a copy of all the chats that I did online with Apple and ******. I am getting the run around and I don't know who else to contact. I wasted all day Saturday and today trying to resolve this. We have been contacting them via email since we returned home. We receive an automated message stating we will receive a response within 21-35 business days. As of today, we have not received one response from them. We are praying you are able to get our money back ($725.70). Thank you for your guidance.Business response

We had a group reservation with Apple Vacations (********) in which we were scheduled to depart Chicago on ******** Flight #** on October 8th. That flight was canceled just a few hours before departure. Upon contactng ********, they informed us the flight was canceled, they would not be rebooking us, and we needed to contact Apple Vacations. Upon contacting Apple Vacations, they told us nothing could be done, and our entire group had to figure out new flights on our own, and at our own expense. Apple just leaving it's customers stranded in itself was unnacceptable. We then had to pay out of pocket for new flights, which resulted in over $700 in additonal expenses. We contacted ******** who explained our flight refunded was refunded back to Apple's credit card ending in **** on October 11, 2021. More than two weeks later, we still have not received our refund or additional expenses which Apple Vacations owes us. Upon numerous contacts to Apple Vacations, Apple Vacations continues to refuse to process the refund they owe us. All we are told is that Apple Vacation is waiting on a response from ******** Airlines. However, there is nothing to wait on from ********. This is just an scam by Apple Vacations to hold our money. The flight was canceled, the money has been refundded to Apple, yet Apple Vacations continues to refuse to process the refund which is owed to us. In addtion, the customer services has been absoluetly awful. It is a clear attempt by Apple Vacations to hold our money as long as possible. We definitely will never use Apple Vacations for any travel again.I expect a full refund for the flight of $373.84 which was refunded to Apple Vcations by ******** on 10/11/21, $194.98 for the additnional flight expenses we had to pay *********, $120 for addition parking and $43 for additional airport tranportation totaling $731.82. Thank you,************************* ************** ******************Business response

I just got back from Jamaica through Apple Vacations. The trip started out showing up at airport September4, Saturday, morning 3:30AM, and the Kiosis were up and running. We never experienced Kiosis on check in. Usually there is an Apple Rep, with the flower shirt to greet you. Nothing like that. When we put our flight info in, we found our flight had been cancelled. We were never notified by email, phone call etc. Nothing. It was rescheduled for the following day. I was on the phone all day Saturday regarding this situation, talk about a wasted 12 hours on the phone. But if we did go Sunday as the airlines put us on the next flight, our covid test would expire in 72 hours....so we had to find a covid testing site to do immediately. This was just such an inconvenience. But I guess the newest thing is to have the airlines info in your phone and to check in etc.... which I was never told.... Especially when we used Apple Vacation in March, and I had to do nothBusiness response

I booked a trip with apple vacations spending $10,823.40 with them for a family vacation. Confirmation number was ********. The trip consisted of a flight and hotel packaged from Las Vegas to Antigua. On the day of the flight I went to check in for my flight and realized it was booked out of Los Angeles. Immediately I contacted Apple vacations and they told me there was an issue with the booking and they weren't sure how that could have happened and are opening up an investigation into it. They tried to book me on another flight but told me that they couldn't help me. At that point 4 out of 6 guests in my family drove to Los Angeles as fast as we could to get on the plane Apple vacation booked the wrong flight on. The other 2 guests had to buy separate one way tickets at the last minute to Miami where the connection to Antigua was. It's been 5 weeks and no emails have been returned from Apple and can't get to anyone on the phone to resolve this horrible experience.
