    My daughter, ****** ***** is typing this for me and her number is attached to contact: 2014 Ford Escape purchased 2021` from family establishment same address as BC Auto Repair LLC over-heating, coolant engine issue. Warranty purchased from ProGuard through establishment. Car entered garage for repair August 2022, It is now the End of November and car hasn't been fixed. I am 85 years old, I feel that they have taken advantage due to my age. This car was supposed to be my last car purchase. As of last week, they said they can't fix my car and the only solution they are offering is for me to purchase another car from them for the same amount I purchased this car for last year. ($11,000) Kelli blue book when the car entered the garage was $8300 trade in value. They offered me a three year older car, to which I can't drive due to my size. I am a widow on a fixed income. We spoke to the Pro Guard warranty person who was assigned to my case, He said they need to offer me a fair replacement and the car will need a new engine, not a repaired engine.
