    For the past several years I have been paying money to them to help with credit card debt. I started out paying 468 a month then they called and demanded more a month I am on SS and couldn't afford to much more. Then they called again demanding I change the payment date again it was hard but I did it. Then they started calling demanding I increase my payments to 1000. I told them that was impossible. They wanted me to borrow thousands from relatives I had no one so I told them I couldn't. I have ALWAYS made sure I had the 487 in the bank on the 20th of each month. This month I made sure it was there but I have been very ill and didn't make sure they took the payment. Friday I received 2 emails the first saying I didn't have enough money in my deposit account. I immediately looked at my bank balance and had 492. So I did have the money to cover the auto draft. It went on to say (the first email) that the settlement agreement was now void and would have to be renegotiated with a new fee. The 2nd email said although the fee total had not changed the schedule had and instead of paying 160 a month in fees it was now over 475 the date of those 2 emails is Feb. 24th
