    When we started having problems with our ice maker it was under warranty they sent out 2 different guys to look at it the 2nd guy said we needed a new ice maker now they want us to pay for a new one when it should be under warranty they are telling me that it’s been to long which it’s not my fault it’s theirs for taking so long!!

    Thank you for the letter concerning ***** ****. We agree with *** ***** this is an issue that should have been taken care under warranty when the original service call was set-up.  We have ordered a new ice maker, and it is scheduled to be installed 04/26/2022, if that date works for the *** ****.  I have marked the service call to be done on a n/c basis, my hope is the ice maker will take care of his problem.
