    I signed up for the Herb CSA for the full season (spring-fall) in the amount of $695 on 1/22/23. The CSA is to include fresh herbs on a bi-weekly basis and a corresponding video on how to process/use the herbs. Box 4 received on 6/22 I never got a video. I reached out to ***** multiple times via email/text starting 6/23-7/11, final email saying I'd like to cancel for the Summer/Fall and receive a refund. Finally received an email on 7/13 and when I couldn't meet that day because of a medical procedure, again never heard from her (this would have been the final installment of the Spring CSA I never received). Box 1 of the Summer CSA I was not able to meet and asked to reschedule and never heard from her (7/20). 7/23 I emailed and advised I would like to cancel because of her lack of responsiveness which led to me not getting products I paid for as a CSA member. Emailed her 7/23, 8/4, & 8/8 with no resolution. I'm requesting a refund in the amount of $435.00.
