  My brother and I found the Jamison experience to be absolutely first class from initial experience with Ryan Bond on the project side, through the execution and completion by Fernando and the installation team. The product installed is a complete system and is truly state-of-the-art. We found the pricing to be market appropriate, and combined with the warranty, we were completely satisfied. Ryan Bond, Fernando and the installer team were professional, timely, clean, and considerate of the entire property. The finished product is part of an estate sale and can be viewed at: 31 Berrel ave.; Hamilton, NJ on Zillow and Realtor.com. I would recommend the Jamison team (and already have) as a fully qualified and highest quality vendor for any future masonry or basement project. Ryan and the team kept their word and delivered on-time; within cost; and highest quality.

  I have found the performance of Ryan Bond and his team at Jamison waterproofing to be beyond expectations. Online reports of the excellence of the product and the company proved 100%+ accurate. Professional, punctual, clean and careful are all traits I witnessed by each professional member of the Jamison team. The product is amazing and I found to be reasonably market-priced. It is a superior product and upgraded the value of my property. I thank Ryan, Fernando and the installation team for delivering on their promise in a most timely and professional manner.   This was our second job with Jamison in a few years. They installed an egress window, and most recently put in a new drainage system and sump pump, as our current system location was not ideal and we got water in the basement multiple times in a few months. Jamison is prompt and helpful, sending someone out to do a quote same day and scheduling quickly. Once we got on the calendar, the job was done quickly, neatly and professionally. Dwight’s team put up a plastic sheet so debris and dust did not enter our living space. The team is kind and considerate and respected our home. From the estimate with Ryan to the work being with Dwight and his whole crew, the job went smoothly. I can’t believe it was done in only one day. Getting water damage is very stressful, and Jamison helps to alleviate that stress by their professionalism and knowledge of the work. We will continue to recommend Jamison to anyone who needs work in this area.

  Upon recommendation I used Jamison to waterproof an investment property basement. The house is very old and consistently had high levels of water after even moderate rain. Jamison was excellent to work with from start to finish. They provided a detailed estimate and once we agreed upon the work, communicated regularly during the process. They had to work around other contractors doing renovations and were flexible throughout. One large example - during their work they uncovered an issue with the main water line that I had to hire a plumber to repair. The repair was extensive requiring excavation due to old piping, and Jamison was able to work around the repairs and came back to complete one small section after the pipe was fixed. The resulting work has held up perfectly during intense rain, and given us a usable basement that we did not have previously. I highly recommend Jamison.

  The whole process was a lot to absorb, and Fernando answered all my questions. The basement looks great! The plumbers were great also. The crew cleaned up after work both days - liked that a lot. On the first day, Fernando and I were in the basement, and we could here water running. Fernando said it was the Radon system sucking up water and running back down the pipe. Then when they were creating the trench, it was full of water. I never thought there was all that water was under the house! Very impressed with the company, the crew and the process. Also, Ryan was always just a phone call away. Again, thank you.

  I am very impressed with Jamison waterproofing. They had installed a drainage system in my basement a few years ago. The main contractor I dealt with was Steve Custus. I was very impressed with his ability to diagnose and find a permanent solutions to solve my waterproofing issue. He is very practical, honest and extremely trustworthy. He thinks out of the box. He gave me his cell number to contact him for any future issues. I’ve interviewed other waterproofers prior to Jamison and was not impressed with their services. Recently, I’ve had an occasion to contact Steve concerning water intrusion into my garage. He has gone above and beyond trying to not only find the cause, but offering me the most cost effective solution. He answer the phone or responds to message promptly. I really appreciate him. In this day and age it’s very rare to find a contractor that is as professional as Steve Custus. I highly recommend Jamison Home Service for your waterproofing needs.

  The team from Jamison did our crawl space cleanout, sealed up the leaking vents, stuccoed the outside afterwards, sealed our basement and put in a dehumidifier for us. The workmanship was excellent and they were a pleasure to work with. Felt we got our money’s worth and we are very happy. They didn’t try to oversell us, which was nice. We would highly recommend them.

  Karem and the crew came out this morning to install basement waterproofing to the unfinished portion of the basement. They arrived timely and finished the job in 7 hours. I thought it would take longer than that to do. They cleaned up afterward and they did everything that Ryan said they would do. I was impressed with Ryan Bond’s knowledge about the products and the solutions to my basement issues when I first met him because he was so much more knowledgeable than the other basement waterproofing companies that I met with. The prices were reasonable and I truly felt lucky to have found them. I did review several companies, researched them on the BBB, reviewed them on Yelp and Google reviews as well. That have great reviews! I also got feedback from people who already had this system installed and were happy with it and their basements were dry. I would truly recommend them for basement waterproofing services. Now I am thinking about getting the basement floor painted by them as well. Ryan was the most knowledgeable person I have met about my basement solution to the water issues I was having. He was patient with me even though I kept asking multiple questions over the months prior to putting a down payment on the work. He answered every question I had. He showed up this morning at the job site to go over everything with me and his crew to make sure the work would be done as we discussed. The crew were respectful to me and did a good job. These are my honest opinions and I have never felt better about having this work done. No more wet basements or insects or snakes coming in from the sump pump pit that I previously inherited. That had to go and I got a new one with a battery back up and a new discharge line. Ryan knew exactly what to install in my home. He wanted to make sure that I was happy and completely satisfied with the work that was done. He even followed up with me after the crew left to ask me how things went. I said that they did a wonderful job.

  Jamison Waterproofing did work on my home over a year ago. I found the company and techs to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient and customer-focused. The scope of work that was required was thoroughly explained to me, was completed on time and the work area was clean and dry when the job was finished. One year later, Jamison sent someone to check the basement which is completely dry and I have had no water intrusions issues since the system was installed. I am a realtor and refer this company to my clients when necessary. I think they are the best!
