Zito media has been a horrible service provider. In the last 4 months I have been without internet service approximately 1/4 of the time. Numerous service calls have been recorded as "suspended" without any explanation. My primary problem has been a signal problem which has, upon multiple times, failed to be resolved despite paying my bill. A recent billing and website modification has shown an unpaid balance of two payments which I have paid despite suspecting an error. Also, hour long wait times for tech support rediculous considered the claims on Zitos website.Business response

Investigating the account, we are seeing this was considered an area issue and was resolved with help from our maintenance team. We see *** ****** was credit 130$ and then canceled his account.

Better Business Bureau:
I find that the justification for poor service to be in error considering that my close neighbors experienced continued service without extended service interruptions. This seems to be a catch all reply from ZITO who are simply unable to fulfill their obligations to their customers.
Despite this point.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

To whom it may concern:
This is in response to the BBB complaint ID: ********. We do apologize for the issues ****** ****** has been experiencing with his Zito Media services. We do see that he has not called in to let us know of these issues. We are going over to our streaming device platform in the near future. We recommend that if ****** is not getting his digital channels he may need a box to receive them. We will continue working with ****** until these issues have been resolved.

I no longer have service with Zito Media. My service ended 5/25/21. I am due a credit in the amount of $97.51. I still do not have this credit. I have made contact via phone to ************* on 8/6/21, 8/10/21 and, again, on todays date 8/13/21. I am promised they will "mention note on my account to receive refund.' They requested my debit card number over the phone and still I have not received my refund.Customer response
