  Military Members BEWARE!!! First, when I was signing up I was the first person in line. The young man at the desk let the two guys behind me bypass me and he took care of them first. I called to make a complaint, and they apologized to me (I have the email) but there was no follow up on why this happened and I don't think anyone bothered to check the tapes. It was the only gym that had a good amount of space, but my husband is at a law enforcement academy and there is no childcare available. Because I am Active duty military, they offered me a discount plan but that's actually not the legit discount plan that should be for Active duty members. They are signed up with Active & Fit that serves military members, and its $25 a month and you can cancel at anytime (because we are always doing training, etc). I just called to convert my plan (maybe I could go on the weekend perhaps and keep my plan??) but she said because I had signed up with THEIR "active duty military plan" that I had to pay for this month and then $50 to get out of the contract. This is a legit scan. Why not tell me about the actual military discount? Why sign me up for the more expensive plan when they were signed up as an Active and Fit member? I called Active and Fit to complain. If they are partners to promote military members with a discount and to generate business, you shouldn't be hiding this active duty military benefit to get more money. I am letting any military members know about this scam.

  I have been having repeated issues with this club. They have taken my bill to a collection agency. I have proof of payment via my credit card statements. I just stopped using the club, I kept making payments via automatic payments on my credit card. I had called the club and spoke with a manger in October/November of 2021 and I was told they would close out my account. I than got another notice of a bill due. I called the club again and told them what the manager told me. There was no record of speaking to the "manager" or closing the account even though no payment was automatically taken out for the month of November. I went into the club and paid my balance to meet my one year obligation which would be through January of 2022 but told them I wanted my membership terminated right away, Today I received a collection notice of $143.95. I called the club and of course there is no manager present. I can only write about my experiences but this company appears to be shady. My specific location is Elizabethtown, PA Before I submitted this review I tried calling the other locations without sucess in getting in touch with a manager.
