  **** helped to resolve a complicated problem very well. I had the best experience with his team, **** and ***. Everyone I dealt with at Main Line Waterproofing were honest, reliable, efficient, professional, and did all they could to reassure me and explain things through the process. They clearly take pride in their work and stand behind it. It's rare to find a contractor like this. This is why I highly recommend this company.

  Herb came out and explained the different options that I had to resolve the water that occurred every time it was Windy rain into my basement He gave me different quotes dependent on how far I wanted the drain to go and of course the Battery.. The crew was efficient explained everything and cleaned up afterwards We thought that was the end of it The next month we had Windy high rain and there was some leakage still in the basement The crew came out and extended the drain a little at no cost . A couple of weeks later we had the worse rain and storm hit and there was leakage again but in my bathroom .. not the original place they came out again and dug even further and attahed a smaller drain to the existing one. When the technician walked out of the door and only said to have a good day to me . No charge ?? i knew I had made the right decision and got the right company... 2 months later after numerous rainstorms no water in my basement!!! I highly recommend mainline roofing and Herb for the excellence in professionalism. work and completion Thank you

  Brian at Main Line Waterproofing was thorough, clear, and patient with his estimate and explanations. The scheduling process was painless. And the team that came to complete the work was fantastic! They took care to keep my home as clean as possible, completed the work quickly and efficiently, showed me everything at the end and answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend them enough! They even swept and washed off the dirt on my driveway when they were done.

  There was water coming into our basement after a severe storm and I had trouble identifying the source. Main Line Waterproofing identified that the source was likely plumbing that ran from the below-ground basement area to the external area below the ground surface. They proposed and implemented a solution whereby they patched and sealed the area around the plumbing. Once they completed the work, there was no more water leaking – I am confident that their solution solved the problem. They executed the work on time and cleaned up the area thoroughly after the work was completed. I highly recommend Main Line Waterproofing for addressing any waterproofing needs!

  I had noticed water pooling in an area that might cause water to eventually reach my basement. Main Line Waterproofing proposed a preventative solution that was perfect, because it did not disrupt the existing foundation and was also simple and cost-effective to implement. The company provided a clear diagram of the work to be done and executed exactly as specified. I am confident that this solution will ensure that we do not have water in this area of the basement. Main Line waterproofing completed the work accurately and on time, cleaned up the area after the work was done, and patiently answered all of my questions (I tend to have a lot of questions!). I highly recommend Main Line Waterproofing for addressing any waterproofing needs!

  I would highly recommend Mainline Waterproofing. James was 100% responsive to our questions and concerns and involved in the project from start to finish. Paul and his crew worked quickly and did a great job. We’re very satisfied with the work. We haven’t had a big storm to test the work but we feel confident it will be effective.

  I meant with several contractors just to make sure I was making the right decision especially Because of the cost ... Whenever there was hard windy rain my basement received water..in the back part of house..I spent alot of money trying to fix it but the water found its way in.. I knew I had to do something.. Herb was the third contractor I met and right away he gave me options that the other contractors did not mention Which ultimately saved me money ...The crew was professional they used a lot of drop cloths to keep the floors and steps cleaned and did a nice sweep... you wouldn't even know they were here !!! We've had some heavy storms since installation and there has been one incident where 1 small section was still leaking water in.. Herb came back and "tweaked" it as he called it.. Without additional cost.. that's what I'm talking about!! It has rained again heavily and we have not had a problem.. I'm prayful and thankful that I won't need to contact mainline again except for regular maintenance in a year or too thank you

  Mainline Waterproofing came highly recommended from a close friend and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were communicative and informative through the discovery process, and the actual job was a breeze. They came with a large team and were efficient and quick with the job, and were thorough with the clean-up (a big plus). They even did a final walkthrough and explained all the components of the job and answered all my annoying questions. I was expecting this job to a nightmare, but overall, Mainline made it a seamless and stress-free experience and we will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

  We worked with James S****** at Main Line Waterproofing to have our French drain and sump pump installed. He was extremely thorough and gave us a very fair price compared to competitors in the area that we'd also requested quotes from. The crew on the day of installation was efficient and cleaned up once they'd finished. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a French drain installation in the Philly area.

  Everyone was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Brian was amazing. I finally had confidence that someone understood the problem and had a solution. The crew was clean, efficient, and professional. Will be reaching out again for a crawl space problem to be solved!!
