            After not using the gym membership as much as I would have liked. I decided to cancel my membership. I call in January was told I had to come in to cancel. I had a broken foot and was in a cast. On February 1st I was charged $39.99 fee I went in to the physical location on February 16th after my cast come off. I was told by associate and manager that my membership was cancelled. On February 17rh I was charged the monthly fee of $10.00. Was told that due to me cancelling so close to the payment date they couldn't stop it. Once again on March 17th I was charged the monthly fee of $10.00. I called and spoke with someone he cancelled my membership over the phone and told I was out the 59.99. I asked for a manager several times told none were in. I have tried calling the corporate office only to get directed back to the local club where no one will respond. I would like my $59.99 refunded. I had not used the membership in a year. I made several attempts to cancel it. The club made it almost impossible to do so. Their business practices are unfair and wrong. I have called several times and asked for a manager to call back nothing. I filled out an online form for a call back nothing.
