  I had been scammed previously by one of those "get out of your timeshare" companies so I was very very unsure and skeptical. I first spoke to ***** ***** who assured me of the process. It took a few months but ***** and **** got it done, just as promised! I highly recommend them as honest dealers in a very scam ridden business.

  Had wanted to be rid of our timeshare for a number of reasons & Resale Closings couldn’t have been more helpful: they were able to get it off our hands within 2 weeks & at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend them

  I recommend Resale Closings, LLC without any reservations. From the initial phone call to the final email with new paperwork, my request to transfer a family timeshare to a relative was seamless. We received timely phone calls and emails along the way to allow us to complete the process effortlessly. Jes is professional and patient.   Would highly recommend Resale Closings for a timeshare transfer. Jes kept in constant communication throughout the process which ended up being very minimal paperwork. Everything was done expeditiously and to our satisfaction. The closing costs and transfer fees were in line with our expectations.

  We hadn't used our timeshare for a few years because we moved out of the area. The maintenance fees continued and increased. The process was relatively simple. Jes was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We recommend Resale Closings, LLC.

  They sold my timeshare in an efficient manner keeping me informed of what I needed to do and how to do it. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. I am so grateful to be relieved of the timeshare obligation since I can no longer use it and can't afford something I don't use.
