We paid $30 to have them pick up a couch on last Wednesday. Well, tomorrow is 7 days with no pick up and I think my neighbors are getting pretty sick of looking at it, as you have to leave it where you put your trash. Ive called them 3 times and keep getting lip service.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

Obviously, theres a lot of truth to these one star reviews. The company should take this seriously and look into doing something to get their company up and running to the satisfactory of their customers. When we moved in last year to our home we stayed with Whitetail which Ive never used in the past, but because the cans were here, I thought why not give it a try. For the last several months, the recyclables are not being picked up every week I need to call and complain about it. They send somebody out and say theyll get to the bottom of it. The next week comes the same thing. This is been happening for several months. What is the reason for my home being passed by when all the other people in the neighborhood and on my street , are clearly being picked up. This is unacceptable! Were not the only people that live on the street there is no reason for this to keep happening. Theyre lucky they get a one star I would give them zero if it werent for the fact that I dont have that option, but the one star for the people in customer service doing their best unfortunately it needs to go above them.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

A man came to my door wanting me to sign up with Whitetail Disposal . I gave him a check for ***** dollars dated June 10,2024. My wife passed away and am thinking about selling my home so I called them and told them to cancell me on June 12th 2024. They told me they will refund my *****. I checked and Whitetail cashed my check June 13th. Why did they cash my check on June 13th when I called and cancelled on June 12,2024?? I called three times since then and they keep telling me my refund has been approved and is being processed. I called again on July 25th and ask them why it is going on two months and I have not received my *****. He again told me it has been approved and I should get it around August 2nd. Today is August 6th and i have not received it. I am a 86 yr. old Veteran and I need the *****Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

As the check that we had received was already in the process of going through the cashing process at the time of cancellation, we were unable to halt the transaction. Any payment made via check necessitates a check refund issued and mailed back. Disappointed with the Company and my services have not even started, paid for the first quarter in June, my services were to start on August 7th, no containers have been delivered so there should be no pickup fee for anything. My refund was $15.00 not the $90.00 that I originally paid, I decided to stay with my current collector and I cancelled Whitetails service.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

My experience with Whitetail Disposable garbage service has been extremely disappointing. They have repeatedly missed their scheduled pick-up days without any prior notice or explanation. When I called to inquire about the missed pickups, they were incredibly dismissive and unapologetic.It seems that Whitetail Disposable operates on their own schedule, not on the convenience of their paying customers. They refuse to send out a truck unless it suits them, leaving customers with overflowing garbage bins for days on end. This lack of reliability and customer service is unacceptable.It's clear that at Whitetail Disposable, the customers do not come first. They prioritize their own convenience over fulfilling their promises to their customers. I would strongly advise against using their services if you expect reliability and respectful customer service.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

Whitetail Disposal currently performs over ******* residential trash and recycling collections per week, of which 99.8% are completed successfully, on time and without issue. We are continually working to improve our services with a goal of 0 reported service challenges. In reviewing this account, we do ask that the equipment is out the night before the service day to ensure collection. There are times that our drivers arrive on site early, particularly in extreme heat conditions. In the event that a pickup is not completed as scheduled and the equipment was curbside when our drivers are on site, we can schedule a recovery service that will be completed within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).Review fromJoyce M

I am dumfounded by the $150 I am told I will be charged for the disposal of a mattress after I had to ask for a second time to have it removed.I am not impressed by the service and customer service this company provides.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

We are unable to find an account in your name to better address your concerns however our bulk pricing in general is based on the item to remove and the cost we must pay for disposal. Mattresses in particular have become very challenging to dispose of, as very few places will accept them at this time, and the price for pickup is reflective of this.Review fromDawn V

Outstanding service and communication. We are on year 2 and besides being 1/2 as much as the other services they are always here and if something happens we get a notification. Customer service is sub par and the billing system is a joke. If you happen to miss payment, they charge a late fee. And if you refuse to pay the late fee, they charge a "late fee" on the late fee. Zero empathy for challenges to consumers with rising costs. I totally understand their need to increase the cost of their services. But a Late Fee on a late fee??? Then they suspend service without notification for failure to pay the Late Fee late fees . Unfortunately they know they're pretty much the only game in town since they, and one other company, have eaten up the smaller, local service providers.Whitetail Disposal Incorporated

Kate, unfortunately as reviewed with our team, the statements are due by the first of the month for the start of the quarter. In reviewing the account, each quarter payment has arrived late. We removed late fees for all of 2021 and 2022 and part of 2023. To assist in getting the account fully up to date, we have removed the additional late fees that have accrued however this will be the last time we are able to do so.
