    I have braces from smiles art, normally the doctor is suppose to see their patience at least every 6 weeks. The last time I saw this orthodontist was sometimes the end of last year I can’t remember exactly when. I call and schedule multiple appointments with them which they always cancel because a specific doctor is not there. I have been calling and for over 5 months now and no response. At this point I just want them to transfer me to somebody that can do the work or just text me out of their system. I contacted them multiple time to let them know my braces are falling off and all types of wear and tear that is embarrassing. I paid half of the total payment for the work which was suppose to only be about two years but is now extending to 3-4 years due to their unprofessionalism. I am not paying for any balance being treated like this. The multiple complaints on their review should take them out of business.

    To Whom It May Concern: 

    ******** **** is under our care for orthodontic treatment with Dr. *******. Dr. ******* was out on medical leave from January to April. All patients were called and if we could not reach them were left messages that we would call them when the doctor was back and if they had any emergencies to call the emergency line. 

    *** **** never called the emergency line so that we could take care of his issues. The emergency calls come directly to me and if he would have called and left a message I would have contacted *****, (Dr. *******'s assistant) who would have been able to take care of his issues until Doctor ******* came back from medical leave. 

    I have made contact with *** **** and he is scheduled on June 28th with Dr. *******.
