    Purchased the property located at ******************, Philadelphia, PA **********, 7/15/22. Since then we have been trying to resolve a dangerous situation. ****** **** condos/apartments a property next door and behind the property at ************************, Philadelphia, PA ***********. The ****** **** complex owned by Neducsin has trees and shrubbery that have penetrated and are on top of the garage of ***************** causing the garage to collapse. Several messages and emails have been left with *************************** and ***, her boss in reference to the serious situation of people and pets being injured. Photos of the continuous damage have also been sent to ******* and ***. We have been asking that they take the trees and shrubbery down away from the back of the garage and the property owned at *************************, Philadelphia, PA ********. They are not responding!

    My office has had numerous conversations with ********************* regarding this matter.  During these conversations it was  explained that  we were looking for contractors to provide an estimate of the necessary work.  We were unable to find a suitable contractor.  At this point, about 2 weeks ago ********************* was told to get an estimate from a contractor of her choice.  We have not been provided with an estimate.  At no point did we state that we wouldn't pay for the work.
