They sold me a 2019 ford edge titanium soon after driving off the lot the car started having shifting issues.. reached out to Rolls Auto they referred me to a repair shop of theirs. They sale cars they need repairs and place inspections stickers on them as if they just passed! They also will tell you to use the warranty and pay out of pocket and get reimbursed for car rental… this should had been at a repair shop before you put the car on the website in the first place! Cars my not be safe on the road but they all have new inspections ??

I bought a car from rolls in February of last year and this car has been nothing but problems since I had it this car had over 12 problems wrong with it and I’m assuming they turned the check engine light off , it’s no reason my transmission, alternator , steering and suspension, purge valve and wheel assembly coming as a problem in a year that is ridiculous the vehicle originally was around $22k $20k which was sold to me for around $40k $41k on top of that I have gave them $500 on a down payment which they did not put on my payments. They put it inside there pockets do not trust this business they sell lemons that will only work for a year and then cause you major problems im not sure when the problems start occurring they may have already been there when i purchase it and the fact that I have to make $500 payments on a car that won’t up the block because it will cut off in the middle of the road is ridiculous this is causing me my job and my school

    Hello Kayla,

Just to clarify a few things, Your $500 down payment reflects on your purchase agreement and was put toward your loan. You purchased your car 2/28/22 so that's a 18 months ago. I'm sorry to hear you have had some issues with your car however these cars break and that's why there is extended warranties to help with that. We also haven't heard a word from you since you purchased the car. If i can assist in getting the warranty involved in repairs please reach out.

I’ve spoken with people multiple times about the car having a issue when I first purchased the car the inspection stickers were 2 years old then on top of that my ac worked for 5 months and stopped working and they gave me a shitty excuse “oh the mouse hide in the winter” okay so knowing that why would you not check to make sure the wires aren’t chewed up or not im tack not mention my power steering just went on me 4 days ago this car seems to have already had a lot of problems and instead of fixing them it was given to me as is ? Also the $500 didn’t reflect anything I have my receipts and the $500 I gave them didn’t go towards anything to start off first he said rhe $500 was for the down payment then he said oh it’s $500 for the insurance so which one is it because when I was speaking with somebody on the phone about insurance they took the phone back when she was asking me did I want to pay for insurance now or later it’s a lot of shady business going on here and it has been for awhile now I’m just being awared

I bought a car from here thinking all the bells and whistles checked out (i was under the hood, on the ground, front to back, inside and out checked). With in the first two days and granted some what on me, being in Philly test driving. Too much traffic to even know if there was an issue, but once on the open road I noticed a vibration and said to myself should've know better. Come to find out my wheels have bends in them (3/4 to be exact Paper work to show) Major safety risk. Hurried and bought a set of scuffed wheels for 100$ just so I can feel safe going to work. I was letting this issue slide(for too long), but now my new issue. I haven't had the car for 1 year and guess what.... the motor went on me I professionally had the car taken care of for oil changes never touched a bolt on the car and BAM! A literal Lemon sold to me made it 6 months with the car. Just want to quote what I heard that day I signed the papers from the salesman himself, a classic sentence..."I drove'er myself she rides good, you're getting a good car man"

Jeffrey I'm sorry to hear about the issues your having. This is the first time we are hearing from you about any concerns. When you purchased the car it was in great condition, Pa inspected with no signs of any issues. Unfortunately we cant predict the future and is why we offer extended warranties. On the bright side you did get a 2year warranty and should cover your issue. If i can help assist you in getting the vehicle into a repair shop i'm here to help. Respectfully Joe B*********
