    Poor living conditions with water damaged ceilings. Maintenance spray painted over the discoloration and told me leave the balcony open to dry out the moldy water dripping in the carpet. Later maintenance proceeded to cut open the ceiling leaving me exposed to possible asbestos and other contaminates in addition to mold.Service request were submitted in April 2023 before it contamination extended to the carpet. Maintenance and management dont respond to my emails, voicemails or in person request. Its inhumane because my air conditioning hasnt worked since 2022, and the heat also promotes the mold growth within the ceiling where the moisture lingers.I have serious allergies to mold and dust, and this apartment is not healthy or safe with its soft spots in the ceilings. Reasonable accommodation request to move me to a inhabitable, clean and fully functional apartment have been ignored.

    The resident at **** has vacated the premises as of 9/15/2023.

    Upon inspection of the unit after the tenant returned keys, there was no sign of mold or mildew. No foul smell to indicate a leak. No current leak or water from the ceiling.

    Hello my name is ***************************** in Apartment ****. I recently moved in on August 1, 2023 and have had numerous problems and issues. I've spoken to ****** and ********************************* and haven't had any results. My complaints are my refrigerator has roaches and I have to place all my food in plastic ******* bags and purchase food daily. The washing machine is inoperable. The tub fills with water and doesn't spin out. Because of this problem I have go to the laundry mat weekly and spend additional funds that are not apart of my budget. The bolt lock to my front door is unsecured both screws pull straight out making the lock easy to dislodge. I don't feel safe with this security problem. The toilet in my main room constantly runs and never stops. The noise is a nuisance. The stove door to the range rubs against the wall and will eventually cause damage of which I will be responsible for. On Sunday August 13, 2023 there was an unauthorized pool party where the police were summoned and my automobile was vandalized. We need security to help monitor our property. I moved here for peace of mind and a secure environment. I'm not getting my full value of my rent with these issues. Please call me tomorrow at ************ so these problems can be corrected. I will be send this letter to the bbb and tenant service ********

    Hvac system isnt working properly. I have requested service since 6/13. They came out 6/15 to replace filter and was supposed to return to complete service of Hvac system. I called on 6/29 for an update and a new work order was placed and I was tild to call the emergency line for temporary units to cool my apartment. I made the call on 7/5 and no one showed up with temporary units! I called the office on 7/6 to ask about the status of repairs and was told someone was coming out! No one showed up! The temperature inside my unit is 78 degrees.

    I put a $300 deposit down for an apartment to move in on 7/15/22. The apartment had things that needed to be fixed. On 7/15/22 I noticed mold in the refrigerator. They said they would have to change out in a new fridge and fix maintenance issues, but they didn't have an exact date.

    We received the complaint from you in regards to Holding deposit that was not issued to ***** *****.

    Once holding deposit submitted to the office, it is not refundable after 72 hours. **** ***** was supposed to move in and before her move in date she inspected her apartment. Couple of things that she mentioned she did not like were scheduled to be fixed, including replacement of the faucet that worked fine but  future resident mentioned she wanted a brand new one. We agreed to do everything as she mentioned to make her happy and to feel like home.

    Unfortunately we can not say if it was mold in the fridge as no one has tested the fridge for the mold. We just agreed to replace it with brand new one.

    Everything was scheduled to be fixed before Imani’s move in but she still cancelled her move in.

    Police was also reported as she behaved herself in the office not in a good way.
