      This company provides terrible customer service. I had placed 4 orders online, that were delivered in November 2024. i wanted to return the items so i started the return with the ** App on my phone. The app labels the order a return but doesn't give you the label to send it back. I had to wait 2 weeks to get the labels via email from their customer service department that is only available through texting, which are BOTS!, I finally return the items on 12/23/24, they were received at their ****** location a few days later. its is not 1/14/25 and still have not received my credit in the amount of ******. When i continue to contact them via text, as this is the only form of communication, i continuously get the same response saying.... "They have filed a case to have your return reviewed and processed. Please allow 72 business hours for the return to be processed." and then you dont hear back from them!!!!!! This is soooo frustrating!

      Shortly after I purchased two dining room chairs from Anthro, the same chairs were listed on ******'s website for 30% off. I contacted customer service and asked for a price adjustment. It took a few days to receive any response, but this is probably due to the Thanksgiving holiday. When I did receive a response, it was to notify me that the store had issued refund of ~$290 and had granted my request for a price adjustment.

      I have purchased several things online from this store and I like the it but I ordered a piece of Furniture which was a Chair that I was looking forward to getting. I kept getting updates saying it was delivered then another update saying it was delayed and in another state so I kept waiting still nothing. I checked my credit card and they had charged my card already even though I didnt receive my chair. It was close to a $500 purchase so I filed a claim through my credit card company and the next thing I know they had blocked me from buying from any of their store including Free People and Anthropologie 2 if my favorite stores. Why am I being punished for something that was out of my control?I would like to have them unblock me because this wasnt something I did out of malice

      Returning anything to Anthropologie has been a nightmare. I bought some wedding items on two separate occasions, totaling close to $2,000, which I had to return due to poor fit.Both times, I had to follow up multiple times after waiting a month without seeing my refund.This second time, my return still hasn't been processed after a month of waiting, even though I sent the item back on September 13th. I had to call today to prompt them to initiate the return, which will take another two weeks to process. They hadn't even started my return!This is after my wedding, and I could have easily forgotten to follow up, in which case they would have essentially robbed me of $600.Their products are not worth this poor treatment of customers.

      Horrible company! Horrible customer service! They still have not refunded me my money! Every time I speak to a customer service agent they say they're going to do it and they never follow through. They just lie lie lie! I wasted so much time. This company has gone downhill. I will not purchase from them again.

      I placed an order at Free People and received an email that my order was cancelled and my account has a restriction placed on it. I have only ordered one item from FP prior to this, that was defective and was returned and replaced. This should not warrant a complete restriction placed on my account preventing me from purchasing anything again in the future. Unbelievable!

      Like many others, I have waited nearly one month for ONE item that is apparently back ordered. This item was NEVER labeled as back ordered on their website, which would have deterred me from purchasing in the first place. For weeks, I have contacted their customer service department via chat to cancel my order. Each time we go in circles, with no resolution. I am told over and over again that the item ***** ship from a local store. Nothing. They keep giving me new shipping dates and the item never changes its status. The most common response is that they cannot cancel my order because it's "too far in the process." What process is that? If the item is backordered, there is nothing pending shipping. Absolutely ridiculous reasoning and terrible customer service experience. Unprofessional is an understatement.

      I placed an order on December 4th 2023 and I have received 10 emails since that my $200 camera is "backordered" and "delayed" - How embarrassing and awful of a company. I continue to call monthly and request more information and nobody can give me an answer. I called THE ***** NUMBER today and nobody gets back to me or answers the phone either. I call corporate and all they can do is transfer me to customer service. The lady couldn't even help me. I have tons of screenshots in my email where they state my item will be shipped, and then I get emails it is "backordered" ; My item was supposed to be shipped TOMORROW and then TODAY I get an email that it is backordered until 6/20-They keep playing with me. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS ORDERED ON DECEMBER 4TH 2023. I called the office a total of 5 times today and nobody answers me. Are these people even working? I should be at the top of the list considering I keep calling about my camera. I keep following up. I have tons of screenshots with customer service and screenshots of the company sending me emails with "back order" notifications. This is ridiculous. I just want my camera. After I get my camera, I will no longer be purchasing from urban and I will be sure to blast Urban outfitters and let everybody know to shop elsewhere. I have a big social media platform and will use it as advantage, and continue writing my reviews until there is some sort of agreement.

      I went back and forth with Anthropologie for 5 months about a return they did not fully refund me on. I had proof and the customer service agents would not respond to my emails. I eventually filed a claim with my credit card company and was reimbursed. They have since banned me from ordering from their website and blocked me from emailing and chatting with a customer service agents. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. It was over $130.

      I have waited nearly one month for one item out of an order that was not on backorder. Ive called the last 3 weeks, and the only answer I get is it will ship within 24 hours and someone will follow back up with me in 72 hours. Apparently they have no idea how to cancel an order. I am submitting a chargeback on my card, as there is a lot more I can do with $130 than wait on a horrible company with incompetent customer service to figure out how to assist me.
