On March 2, 2021, the Lower Southampton Township Police Department announced the arrest of the owner of the company and charged him with four counts each of Theft by Deception, Deceptive Business Practices, Receiving Stolen Property, and Receiving Advance Payment For Services and Fails to Perform. More specifically, the owner allegedly defrauded customers out of a total of roughly $137,000.00 between May 2018 and March 2020 and did not do the work he had been contracted and paid for, and never returned to the job site. No trial date has been set.
