Hi So I placed an order with them on October 13, 2022. I emailed them about an issue with the printing on the back of hoodie I wanted the picture to be made larger. I emailed that very same night I placed the order when I realize how small the picture would look on the back of the hoodies. I got a response the within 24 hours stated ****** had forwarded my message to the creators and the picture would be made bigger. My hoodies were delivered on October 18, 2022. And I was not happy the picture was never made bigger at all. And I was told it would. So I immediately emailed them that night. On October 19 I received an email asking for me to send in pictures and explained what was wrong which I did to that very same night. I was sent an email on October 21 stated that they would fix and reprint the hoodie. At this point I didn’t want the hoodies any more so I emailed them again asking for a full refund cause I’m not happy. And I even asked for a return shipping label to send them the hoodies back. I’m not one of those people who keeps the product. I don’t want it. I sent them an email on the October 22, and I have yet to hear from them. I even sent another email to then on October 25, 2022 and still no response. I just don’t want the hoodies and would really just want to return them and get my money back. It’s ridiculous how much of a hassle you have to go through.Business Response

On September 16th I placed an order for t-shirts from this company. Attached is a picture of my invoice that states delivery date of October 6th. I received a notfication that delivery was looking more like the 7th so I contacted customer service to check on the status. They tell me it could be the 7th-11th because of a grace period (I have found nothing about a grace period on their terms) and if I wanted it by the 6th I would have to pay nearly $400 to expedite it even though that is the date on my invoice. They gave me no other resolution so basically I have to pay $400 or risk not getting them in time. The current status shows delivery on the 6th so I'm not sure where customer service came up with the 7th-11th but nonetheless they charged my card $400 without calling to confirm that with me like they said they would. So now I have paid that $400 just to (hopefully) receive my order on the day the invoice says its to be delivered by anyways. Their customer service does not show any regard for their customers and is extremely unresponsive. All I have asked for is for them to stick to their deadline like they claim they are so good about-instead I have to pay more for their delay.Business Response

We placed a new order for shirts (order #*******) for a total of $1458.33 including tax. Had we not been on such a time constraint and already had the designs done up with the company, we would have honestly preferred to order elsewhere due to the customer service we experienced. After chatting online about our order, we decided to call for better live assistance. We spoke with the sales manager, and we felt that the customer service he offered was subpar to say the least. The prices were adjusted slightly to come closer to our budget, but what was more frustrating was the attitude we received from someone we hoped would assist us and make us feel like valued customers. Instead, we felt unappreciated and like it didn't matter to him whether we decided to stay your customers or not. Perhaps the final, most frustrating moment was when we shared a quote that the online chat representative had given us for the shirts, stating that a 10% "summer save" discount could be applied to that as well. I did the math and told the sales manager that ordering that quote with that discount would be less expensive than the quote we received from him. He responded by saying that the online representative did not have the authority to do that and was incorrect, so he would talk to him, but that price could not be met. While it is right to talk to that representative if that is the case, the customer should always be most valued, and if we were quoted a lower price by anyone at your company, that issue falls on the company, not on us, and that price should stand. AFTER going through with the order, they guaranteed us an arrival date between September 26-29. They did not even SHIP until the 28, pushing the arrival date to October 1. We specifically placed this order to have the shirts before a large concert on that date (October 1) at which we would sell the product, but the delayed arrival made this much more of a concern as to whether or not they would arrive in time.Business Response

Order# ******* 8/29/2022 I ordered 4 T-Shirts with printing on the front and back. I was first contacted to tell me the first picture I offered for the front was not the correct resolution. I submitted a new graphic and it was approved. The day before my order was to be at my door I received an additional email regarding the Name info for the T's. For some reason the info I had input was gone and I had to resubmit. When I did receive my order all four of them had the last name WAY OFF CENTER and Very Crooked. I sent email with pictures and I asked for a refund. They replied with the following "Hi ****,Thank you for the photos! Due to the nature of the custom goods, we cannot fully refund your order. But if you can utilize the custom products we'd be happy to offer a 50% partial refund for the inconvenience. Or, if you'd like we can order a one-time free replacement of the order with any necessary adjustments. I ordered three shirts from the company first I came up with the design then I called the number and spoke to a lady and told her that it was backwards the front was on the back and the back on the front and she said she would get them switched around no worries and she told me and stead of redoing the whole order she would post a note on the order and it will be switch with no worries and when I got my shirts they were wrong so I called and talked to some one and they were trying to get me to buy more shirts and they would fix it but when I told them to read the notes they saw were the person wrote to switch the front and back and once they saw the note they told me someone will be contacting you and hung up that was almost two weeks ago .I would just like the shirts right the way I ordered them I was charged good money for them so if you can help that would be great thank youBusiness Response

I placed an order for shirts and customized the graphic to fit a certain way through the online design. I also selected a particular brand. The size of the graphic on the shirt is the incorrect to the design I had made. Nobody notified me they were out of stock of the product I selected and they substituted them with another brand. Poor communications. They just keep making up excuses and refuse to give me a full refund unless i ship the shirts back to them. Dont use this company. Check the history.Business Response

RushOrdertees indicates at the time of purchase, on our invoices, and in additional email communication that if a customer's selected product was out of stock, we would swap out the t-shirt with a product of the same color thats equal or better value. We accommodate customers issues with their orders and offered a full refund for this order due to the miscommunication on the stock swap. The customer refused to return the order in question and still wanted a full refund. RushOrderTees indicated that they could A) print more t-shirts when stock does come available or B) issue a full refund. All we have asked of the customer was to return the t-shirts with a RushOrderTees supplied shipping label.The customer also expressed an issue with print placement. Again, if there's an issue with placement, we ask the customer to send photos and ship the shirts back to us so we can review with our Quality Assurance team to work on a reprint and/or refund. -On 7/15/2022 I ordered $408.47 worth of screen printed merchandise Order #*******.- I received the order on 7/29/2022 and it was of extremely poor quality, and missing letters on the print. Most were even crooked!- I contacted customer service immediately and requested to send the garments back for a refund.- Customer service responded that they do not allow refunds even for poor workmanship. - Customer Service offered to remake the order and upgrade the print quality. - I received the replacement order shortly after and it was actually worse than the first order. - I again contacted Customer Service and had a phone call with an Alyssa S. Who said that there was not anything further they could do. - The print quality is horrendous, splotchy and did not last through the first couple of washes. -I am requesting a full refund at this point. -You can see from the photos the printing is crooked, blotchy and missing letters on the bottom "*********** **" and not wearable without looking foolish. Purchase made on August 30, 500+ dollars Site and agent promised delivery on September 1st Site didn't save my request correctly, had to correct, delay of a day Agent never warned of 2 days for Hawaii delivery When submitting correction, Site didn't update delivery date. 8/01/22 Order number #******* Amount Spent $1,039 USD After Receiving Product (T shirts), there was a concern about the Height Placement of the Designs on all of the T shirts. The Proof That was agreed To on the Order Represented a Higher Placement on the Chest and Benefited the Design as Such. I Filed a complaint on the Website, emailed 2 Separate Times During a 8 day Period and Finally was able to Reach someone. By Phone a representative heard my concerns and told me "Well there wasn't an agreed upon Design Height" I then questioned about The Designs Proof being an agreement, i was met with more excuses. I was told to send more photos and was told to place the shirt on Customers to see how the shirt looked after. ( I have ordered and sold Thousands of shirts over the Years...this is just trying to find an excuse to say that they don't look that bad..and that my concerns aren't needing of a refund.) I agreed to send more photos and after reviewing those photos i was told to then go back and Measure each shirt to give them all the Design Placements height.....( this again is more information that they can try to use to disagree with a refund) I told them that i am not their quality control and that this is not my job, the photos stand for themselves and the Design was not placed correctly on the Shirts. Some Shirts were actually not even placed centered and there was ink splotches on multiple shirts off design...... This is a product that i will not stand by for my customers. I have not gotten a reply in 2 days now. These shirts were supposed to be sold 2 weeks ago. I have lost my sales and its put my brand in a bad light. $1000 is a ton of money for a Small Tier Band or company . I am Very disappointed with the way their customer service is trying to wear me out with tasks until i eventually Give up..... Stand By the Customer RushorderTee.
