    On April 11, 2021 I purchased a video game controller from this company from their store on ****** where they had high reviews for their product. The was a total of $27.99 at the time of purchase. My excuse for waiting so long to file a complaint is due to the fact it is an electronic and I allowed plenty of time to testing it over most people that try something for a few days or a week. From the day it arrived in the mail it did not work as advertised and never once has. It refuses to use most batteries, it turns itself off constantly without warning, the control sticks have large "dead zones" where no response is given when used and buttons stick, do not feel like they are set in and stable correctly and don't always respond. In addition to this it came with a big hard jagged piece of plastic that tore my hand up first thing with a large deep cut. Nothing has changed in the time I've allowed trying out this controller and it is still just garbage and nearly unusable. In addition to this controller I was sent a paper with a bribe to give a 5 star review of their product in return for a free product of my choice up to a certain amount from their company. I'm assuming this is why there are so many high ratings for it and it is fully against ******'s policy yet they ignore this issue when it's brought up. I want to also add that by doing a search on this company with the information they provided for their location states there is no company by that name in that area anywhere. In fact a search of the company name "DailyCart LLC" brings up what appears to be a food company instead and spelt differently. There are also plenty of reviews stating that their tech support phone number is somebody's private residence and not a real company's phone number. They seem to be falsifying their information.
